Youtube comment sections are filled with some of the worst scalers on this earth, you shouldn't use it as your sole source of proof to debunk all GOW scaling

I disagree hard with the GoW debunks, it's pretty blatently at least tier 2, even ignoring actual mythology

A young Thor was capable of splintering the world tree in his fight with Jörmungandr. Every strand of the world tree was described as transending time & space itself. Each individual realm is also discribed as being on entirely different planes of existance, with the world tree encompasing all of them & surpassing them. Thor was capable of splintering this world tree, & Kratos directly scales to him

In the greek series, Kratos killed the titan that was holding all of existance on his shoulders. Kratos also scales to the greek gods, who upscale the titans, who upscale the primortials, who singlehandedly created all of the various realms & even time itself simply through their battles

All of this is from statements made inside of the games themselves, not through the irl mythology

A lot of the debunks here are due to game mechanics, which are only there to make the game more interesting & enjoyable, or are just outliers. With that same logic, Doom Slayer shouldn't be higher than like, Small Building level since he frequently gets harmed by Small Building - Building level creatures
