Summary[]
Alien X is an alien within Ben Tennyson's Omnitrix created by a super genius Azmuth and is a sample from Celestialsapiens DNA. Celestialsapiens are born and live in the Forge of Creation totally out of sync with time and outside of the multiverse. The Forge of Creation is only accessible through The Map of Infinity which extends through at least 17 dimensions (spatial and temporal) and is a complete map of space-time created by Professor Paradox. Alien X and the Celestialsapien race are the supreme rulers and the most powerful beings in the Ben 10 Universe and are even called omnipotent several times (However they don't possess true omnipotence). Ben Tennyson gains full control of Alien X in Ben 10: Omniverse, no longer limited by his personalities like all other adult Celestialsapiens are.

Servantis stated that Celestialsapiens could wish everything out all of existence, Multiple Personalities Alien X contains 3 personalities which debate on what action they want Alien X to do, within their pocket universe, these personalities include Bellicus the voice of rage and aggression, Serena the voice of love and compassion and Ben Tennyson the voice of reason. Hugo was described as extra dimensional by Professor Paradox and Alien X is above him. The Contemalia are stated to be fifth dimensional and Alien X is above them. A fraction of Celestialsapien DNA is shown to cut through a barrier, the Contemalia (5D beings) described as "extra dimensional" and "impossible to breach" with ease. Alien X was able to recreate a 5D universe efforlessly. Hyperverse level The Chrono Navigator is stated to be able to destroy all of existence which includes at least 26 dimensions. Alien X scales above the Chrono Navigator because Professor Paradox who holds it stated himself that Celestialsapiens and Alien X are omnipotent and they have the greatest power in the universe above himself and the Chrono Navigator. Many others have also stated that Alien X and Celestialsapiens have the greatest power in the universe, are omnipotent and is above the Chrono Navigator. Alien X was stated by Servantis to be able to wish everything out of existencewhich would again include at least 26 dimensions.
Speed: Massively FTL+ Galactic Gladiator was shown to grow into galactic sizes and Alien X was able to circle him (Calc). Relative to the Galactic Gladiator who was shown moving intergalactic spaces. Moved galaxies across the universe (Calc). Inaccessible Celestialsapiens are born and live in The Forge of Creation which is out of sync with time and outside of the multiverse. Shown moving after the universe got erased by the Annihilargh (Became a timeless void). Immeasurable Alien X is above if not relative to Professor Paradox who has immeasurable speed. Professor Paradox himself calls a baby Celestialsapien omnipotent as well as many other people.
