Summary[]
Benjamin Kirby Tennyson was a fairly normal 10 year old boy living in the town of Bellwood, until one day during a summer vacation road trip with his Grandfather and Cousin, Ben stumbled upon a Level 20 Alien Tech Device known as the Omnimatrix ("Omnitrix" for short).
Ever since then, Ben has been acting as the superhero "Ben 10", fighting off evil from Earth and Space and saving the universe a dozen times over.

Intelligence: Gifted (Ben has a photographic memory, was able to plan out an entire scavenger hunt for his 11 Year Old Self to solve in the future, has outsmarted Vilgax on two seperate occasions, and was able to easily learn how to use the Omnitrix at 10 years old despite it being a highly complex Level 20 Tech Device. Even Azmuth, the smartest person in 5 Galaxies, was amazed by how Ben utilized the watch in ways that he never thought of)
Weaknesses: Ben can often be very arrogant and egotistical, although these traits were rectified with UAF and Omniverse. The Omnitrix more often than not gives him the wrong alien, however, by the end of the series Ben is able to admit that the watch actually does give him the right alien for job even when he wants something else. Ben's hubris often leads to him choosing aliens who usually aren't suited for the situation such as Humungousaur or Four Arms, but this was rectified in UAF and Omniverse where Ben tends to try and choose more than just the same aliens from time to time
