He is the head of the Black Hat Organization, a business that seeks in aiding villains in their nefarious goals, whether it be through selling them equipment or utilizing orientation videos as examples of what to and not to do. Black Hat is a well-respected villain of his world, and is described as being completely evil through and through with no redeeming qualities.
