Blanka was a child who was the sole survivor of a plane crash that left him in the wild where had to paint his skin which eventually turned it green and ate electric eels which gave him the ability to produce electricity.
He eventually found his way back to society and made a friend named Dan Hibiki. He quickly became the chosen representative for Brazil in any world tournaments.
