Summary[]
S-Class Rank 1: Blast. The enigma that lies at the top of the mountain that is the Hero Association. To most of the hero world, he is a complete mystery. Very few have met him, and only a select few know how to contact him. As far as people know, he is inactive and never engages in hero activity; a rumor that, should humanity face true danger, he will appear.
Plenty of stories have been spread regarding the strength of the #1 hero. Some believe he may be the strongest ever. Some hold him in as high a regard as King, the Strongest Man. It's known that Blast once forced Elder Centipede, who 2 years later would become a fearsome cadre of the Monster Association, into retreat. But the true power of Blast is on a cosmic scale: the ability to manipulate the reality of the cosmos. Space and time. As such, he is a member of an interdimensional group who have dedicated themselves to repelling a transcendent threat known as "God." For 20 years, these heroes have warded this entity, and its mysterious cubes scattered throughout reality, made to turn people into monsters. Unbeknownst to countless people, they fight for the safety of humanity--to protect them from an unseen threat beyond any other.

Teleported himself, Flashy Flash, Saitama, and Manako at the same time, moving them to a different place than him), Energy Projection, Higher-Dimensional Manipulation, Portal Creation & BFR (Blast can open portals and use them in various ways; said portals are hyperspace gates. Intelligence: At least Gifted (Blast sits at the top of the Hero Association as S-Class Rank 1, having held this position since the very start of their operations. He has been engaged in a war with God for 20 years while suppressing the danger he and his cubes pose. Blast is a manipulator of the reality of the cosmos and space-time, having demonstrated knowledge on the abilities of various opponents on this scale such as Garou, as well as mastery over his own. Blast was able to fight Awakened Garou, getting the better of him for some time thanks to his powers until Garou copied them. Even after that, Blast was able to keep Garou from damaging Earth by countering each of his attacks with a portal that'd redirect them. He also acted quickly after the sudden defeat of Garou, manipulating the gravitational field of his cosmic rays and directing them to a portal leading to another dimension to keep prevent the damage they could have caused)
Weaknesses: Blast technically has access to cubes since he goes around collecting them all the time, but as far as we know he would never use them in-character. He is obviously God's #1 enemy, and his aim is to protect people from their effects, not potentially strengthen God's forces by using the cubes.
Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Dimension Cannon: Blast brings his fists together. Energy starts to flow and circulate, forming his signature infinity symbol on his hands. Blast then fires an energy blast at his opponent.
- Gravity Knuckle: Blast laces his fist with energy and delivers a devastating punch.
- Giga-Gravity Blow: Blast clobbers his target from a distance using powerful pulses of gravity.
