Summary[]
Blue is a female Velociraptor that appears in Jurassic World, Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, Netflix series Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous, and Jurassic World: Dominion.
Blue was created by InGen for the IBRIS Project sometime before 2015 and was the first Velociraptor to be created for the latest pack. She was created with the DNA of the Black-throated monitor lizard, which allowed her scales to reflect an iridescent blue color, giving her the distinctive pattern that she was named after. Out of all the raptors that were to be created following her birth, she was the largest. When she was born, Owen Grady imprinted on her, which allowed him to train her. During her youth, she and Echo engaged in a fight for dominance over their pack, of which Blue was the victor. When the Indominus Rex broke loose and went on a rampage across Isla Nublar, Blue and her packmates were sent to take her down, but were turned against the humans by the hybrid until they had Owen, Claire and her two nephews surrounded in Main Street. When the Indominus arrived and ordered the raptors to finish the humans, Blue screeched at her in refusal, leading the enraged hybrid to seemingly kill her and her remaining packmates. Roberta was released from her paddock to battle the Indominus, but she too was no match for the hybrid until Blue entered the fray, and the two forced the Indominus towards the lagoon where she was dragged into the water and killed by the Mosasaurus. Roberta and Blue acknowledged one another before going their separate ways.
When the island's volcano became active in 2018, Owen's past bond with Blue prompted him to join a mission to save her and other dinosaurs from Isla Nublar. Owen's reunion was Blue was ruined when Ken Wheatley's mercenaries attacked them, and Blue was shot in the hip. The injured raptor and the surviving dinosaurs were taken off of the island and shipped back to the mainland for Eli Mills and Henry Wu, during which Blue's life was saved when Owen and Claire managed to bring back blood from Roberta for a blood transfusion. This foiled Wu's plan to take blood samples from Blue to create a new batch of Indoraptors, which would subsequently become her children. Blue was freed from her cage and mauled two ACU troops before escaping from the laboratory as it erupted in flames from one of the soldiers' bullets hitting a tank of gas. When the Indoraptor caused chaos in the Lockwood Manor, Blue attacked it before it could kill Owen and Maisie, and ultimately killed the monster by smashing it through a glass roof to be impaled on a ceratopsian skull. Once the dinosaurs were freed from the mansion, Blue shared a final moment with Owen before running off into the early morning. Blue would spend the next four years living in the mainland, even having a baby of her own [Beta] to keep her company.

Despite these attributes, Blue has a tendency to be aggressive and usually attacks without thinking. These traits are reminiscent of a previous alpha raptor, the Big One. Unlike the Big One, however, Blue is capable of showing affection and loyalty. When Charlie was killed by an InGen soldier, Blue viciously attacked all humans she could find in retaliation, and when Owen removed her headset, she made affectionate noises towards him and defended him from I. Rex, even though the fight nearly killed her)
