Summary[]
Cell is the main antagonist of the fanmanga Dragon Ball New Hope. He is the archenemy of Krillin and Goten.
This is the version of Cell who managed to defeat SSJ2 Gohan during the Clash Beam, due to Vegeta not interfering during the fight. Gohan dies and Cell kills all the Z-Fighters, with the exception of Krillin who barely escaped. Cell mentions to Krillin that he has no intention of destroying Earth and decides to leave the planet.
Years later, Cell returns to Earth, after traveling through the universe causing terror. Upon returning, he has an epic confrontation with Goten and Krillin, with the latter sacrificing himself to finally kill the Bio-Android.

He cannot absorb mechanical beings by puncturing them with his tail, and he needs to locate a ki signature to teleport using Instant Transmission.
