Summary[]
Chara is the first human to fall in the Underground. They are the adoptive child of Asgore and Toriel and Adoptive sibling of Asriel. One day they came up with a plan to have their revenge on the humans that were abusing them, and needed Asriel's help. Asriel failed to play his role in the plan, and the plan failed. Then, After the Genocide route, They revives and gives you an option to Erase this world or do not. Either way, They will kill you.

Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Slash: Their basic attack. Was used to destroy multiple universes at the end of the game, and is used as their most prominent means of attack.
- SAVE & LOAD: The ability to SAVE in Undertale is basically the power to manipulate timelines. Chara can SAVE, thus resetting the timeline and creating a new one, and then LOAD the timeline.
Note: I think Chara's Gender is Unkown, Likely female. Deal with it.
