Power of the Verse[]
Too many characters at the beginning of this series are already Outerverse level since they are stronger than the likes of Janemba, Majin Boo and Omega Shenron, who did plenty of Outerversal feats. The new villains and transformations in Dragon Ball AF are like, millions of times stronger than the last time. In the end of the story, Super Saiyan 20,000 and Infinity were introduced, both they are High Outerverse level due to their godly status.
However, there are still some characters who are pitifully weak in comparison to the original low-tier ones. The majority of Young Jijii’s Dragon Ball AF characters aren’t beyond Planet level, the supposedly strongest in the “universe” is only Galaxy level.
Unlike the official verse, characters in the verse have many, many hax abilities like Void Manipulation, Conceptual Manipulation, Soul Manipulation, Causality Manipulation and even far beyond. Most of villains have no physical form and exist as types of information, or even urban legends.

Explanations[]
Terminology[]
- Fusion: The technique which allows users able to fuse with each other. Most of time the term refers to the Fusion Dance/Metamoran Fusion.
- Potara: The items of Supreme Kais which allows users able to fuse with each other. Also refers to the Potara Fusion.
- Dark Angel: Only appears in PGV's Dragon Ball AF and Dragon Ball Budokai AF, the term is a form achieved by Vegeta after his soul was splitted due to his want of fighting Goku.
- Super Saiyan: The form of a Saiyan which utilized by the Saiyan race that have sufficient amounts of power, potential, or suffer from an extreme anger. It also shortly called as "SS" or "SSJ".
Cosmology[]
It should be mentioned that a standard Universe contains seemingly endless dimensions and even further beyond. The Living World, where the main characters live, is stated to be infinity, and expands infinitely. It is surrounded by different other spacetimes, like the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. There is also the Dead Zone, a dimension created by Garlic Jr., which is a hyperspace, making it High Multiverse level+.
Above the very concepts of dimensions is the Other World, which contains Hells and Heaven, time doesn’t exist in that world, making it Outerverse level. Above the Other World is the Supreme Kai’s World, which is 1/10 the size of the Other World. And above them is the realm of Dragon, which can’t be entered by even Gods, only Eternal Dragons and ones who are given their power, like Goku and Pikkon, can enter realm.
The concept of the Multiverse has been mentioned multiple times in the series, Beerus told Goku that there are other 11 Universes existing, this is further supported by later stories. The concept of Multiverse was also mentioned in the Cellbuuzer Saga. There are supposed to be infinite number of them, some of them share the same cosmology with the main Universe, like the other 11 Universes, and many other ones were also mentioned in AF, like an Universe where Vegeta became the next king of the Saiyans and defeated Frieza. The concept of Multiverses is also mentioned Dragon Ball GS, a prequel of PGV’s Dragon Ball AF.
It should also be mentioned that not all Universes share the same cosmology. For example, there are many Universes where the “canon” series occur, Young Jijii’s Universes are usually fodders, they’re only small universes that only has 4 galaxies and random pocket dimensions inside. It has to be mentioned that all the Universes share the same world border, as seemed in Dragon Ball VS when Black traveled to GT timeline through his Time Ring from the Super timeline.
