In the alternate reality of Earth-12101, the X-Men attempted to cure Deadpool of his mental illness by bringing him to an appointment with Psycho-Man. However, Psycho-Man had secretly been brainwashing his patients instead of curing them, and his treatment failed to affect Wade, only making his insanity worse. This caused him to go on a universal (eventually multiversal) genocide spree as Dreadpool.
Power and Stats
Name: Wade Winston Wilson, Dreadpool
Origin: Marvel Comics
Classification: Human Mutate/Military Experiment, Mercenary
Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Weapon Mastery, Martial Arts, Stealth Mastery, Preparation, Regeneration (High-Godly; Can consistently regenerate from Plot Manipulation like Deadpool can), Hacking (Reprogrammed robots created by Mister Fantastic), Enhanced Senses (Could see a Watcher who couldn't have been seen since he had not interfered), Regeneration Negation (His Carbonadium sword negates healing factors), Fourth Wall Awareness, Explosion Manipulation (Various explosives), Teleportation through Space and Time with Wrist Device (Limited to the Ideaverse), Immortality (Type 2, 3, and possibly 8; Can function with a hole through his head. Cannot truly die unless the Progenitors want him to, as they would write him back into continuity), can kill metaphysical characters, Resistance to Pain, Telepathy (Capable of blocking Professor X's attempts to get inside his mind) and Plot Manipulation (Broke the control of the Progenitors who created all things and control the continuity and actions of the Marvel Universe; though he does seem to be constantly fighting to keep control and occasionally still considers himself "a puppet")
Attack Potency: Large Island level (Matched the original Deadpool), at least Low Multiverse level (Much weaker than most heralds, yet should still be capable of contending with them, albeit for a short timeframe), likely Multiverse level+ (Effortlessly defeated Marvel herald level characters such as Thanos and Silver Surfer ) to Outerverse level (Could easily kill alternate versions of Doctor Strange, who are on the same level of power as deities such as Cyttorak and Shuma-Gorath, who are superior to Celestials, who they in themselves are superior to all Skyfather beings) | At least Outerverse level (Killed everyone and everything in the entire Marvel cosmology, including cosmic entities and higher-dimensional entities), likely High Outerverse level (Superior to his canon counterpart, who he alone is superior to Gwenpool. Eventually reached a realm possibly similar to The House of Ideas and killed it's inhabitants)
Speed: Massively FTL+ (Could travel to multiple different Universes in a short timeframe within The Nexus of All Realities, including those within a higher dimensional space), possibly Immeasurable (Should be possibly comparable to Silver Surfer, who has been shown to be able to travel through time itself with his own speed, should also be comparable to Doctor Strange who's speed level should be much faster than Silver Surfer via higher-dimensional traveling. Easily blitzed Thor) | Massively FTL+, possibly Immeasurable (Same speed as before)
Lifting Strength: At least Class 1 (Comparable to Deadpool)
Striking Strength: Large Island Class, likely Low Multiversal to Outerversal (Killed the Marvel Universe twice. This includes at the very least every single hero in the 616, which can go up to higher-dimensional levels of power) | Irrelevant
Durability: Large Island Class, likely Low Multiverse level to Multiverse level+ (Tanks attacks from Hulk, Thanos, Doctor Strange, and Thor)
Range: Extended melee range with swords | At least Universal+ (Kills entire Universes), likely Outerversal to Outerversal+ (Fourth Wall Abilities are comparable to Deadpool, who has curbstomped Gwenpool before. Gwenpool can completely alter the entire Marvel cosmology including depowering entities with Multiversal to Outerversal levels of power)
Standard Equipment: Dual katanas, multiple guns, Carbonadium sword, scythe, etc. (Varies with preparation)
Intelligence: Adept with multiple weapons, was capable of figuring out how to clone his brain, crafted plans to kill all Deadpools in the multiverse (along with creating his own evil version of the Deadpool Corps) and killed everyone in his original universe with preparations.
Weaknesses: Is completely insane. Occasionally wills his healing factor to not regenerate him.
