Flashy Flash (のフラッシュ Senkō no Furasshu?) is an S-Class, rank 13, a superhero for the Heroes Association. As his nickname would imply, he's well known for his extraordinary speed. He was the classmate of Sonic in the 44th period of the Ninja Village. For some reason, he destroyed the Ninja Village and killed all the instructors, officials, and classmates during the graduation exams

Stamina: Superhuman (Is one of the few graduated ninjas from the "Ninja Village", Flashy Flash undoubtedly possesses superhuman stamina due to having overcome brutal training there. He was also able to defeat two Dragon-level threats simultaneously and come out of the battle without showing any visible signs of fatigue.)

Intelligence: Gifted (Flashy Flash is an exceptionally skilled ninja who is capable of using several types of weapons to near perfection. He also has complete knowledge in a plethora of unarmed combat techniques, making him a highly dangerous opponent even without his weapons.)
Weaknesses: Flashy Flash seems to be overconfident in his abilities. Flashy admits he has a bad habit of assaulting any unknown individual without asking questions first, regardless of whether they may be an ally or an enemy. Flashy takes a lot of pride in his speed, so it would be a blow to his ego to see someone else outrun him, and his combat skills would suffer as a result.
