Character Stats and Profiles Wiki

In the past, we have encouraged users to create new pages for powers and abilities they thought the wiki lacked. However, as of now, we want new pages to be approved by the staff, meaning that new powers and abilities pages must be suggested. This can be done in our official Discord server in the suggestion channel, or messaged to a staff member. Of course, users can always create blogs about powers and abilities to include in their profiles if they don't want to attempt creating official pages. Linking to other wikis' powers and abilities pages is also permitted.

Intelligence: Extraordinary Genius

  • Is an expert in magic, vegetation, strategy, and trade.
  • Is an extraordinary mage who's only lost to another mage 11 times in her 1,000+ year lifetime.
  • Has incredibly extensive knowledge on magic, and aided humans in developing and advancing the "Soul Track" human killing magic which was extremely innovative and bypassed all magical defenses in its time. She then advanced it even further by creating her own much stronger version which is especially harmful to demons.
  • Frieren passively hides her true magic capacity to deceive enemies into thinking they have more mana than her or are stronger; to the point where demons weren't aware of her true amount of mana for thousands of years, despite the fact that she regularly fought demons and has such a large demon-slaying reputation among them that most demons she's encountered know who she is just by looking at her.
  • Can analyze and find ways around the curse magic of Sages of Destruction, who possess magic which transcends intellect and reason, and is stated to be practically impossible to understand in its principles.
  • Analyzed the principles behind Di Agolze, which is considered the ultimate curse that not even the Goddess's magic can dispel.
  • Is called a Prodigy of magic even by demons who dedicate centuries to training their magical abilities.
  • Her instincts as a mage are impeccable, she instantly knew that an opponent she had never faced before could reflect magic just by looking at them, and deciphered the magic's mechanics instantly and found a way around it, all within a few seconds.
  • Can Copy the magic techniques of others by looking at and analyzing them.
  • Could outsmart a perfect clone of hers which doesn't have a mind of its own, but imitates the actions of Frieren's mind exactly.
  • Believes she could decipher the ancient monuments of the goddess, which have never been deciphered since the beginning of recorded history.

Weaknesses: When casting a spell Frieren's mana detection is interrupted for a fraction of a second. Standard Mage Weaknesses.

Notable Attacks/Techniques:

  • Defense Magic: To counter Soul Track, this defense magic was developed. Mages can create hexagons that possess great resistance against magic. However, the resistance can be bypassed by using magic to manipulate physical things and delivering enough force. This weakness also only applies to the controlling of the physical and not the conjuring of the physical through magic.

  • Human Killing Magic: Soul Track: The first piercing magic in history, developed by Qual, one of the Seven Sages of Destruction under the Demon King. It is a piercing attack which can negate the protections provided by equipment and defensive magic which have resistance to magic attacks. After Qual was sealed, Soul Track was heavily studied and analyzed. Ultimately, Soul Track was incorporated into mankind's magic system to the point that today, it is simply considered as basic offensive magic which any competent mage could use.
  • Destructive Lightning Magic: Jüdrajil'm
  • Hell's Inferno Magic: Wohlzanvel
  • Mana Strike: An extremely destructive magical attack which can even break through Freiren's magical defenses.

  • Magic Visualization: Magic as a concept is freeform and allows for anything that the user truly believes in and visualizes to be realized. So if a mage believes their magic barrier or mana itself is enough to protect them from a magic spell, then it will protect them. Mages often times lose or gain powers and abilities based on their feelings and beliefs. So if a mage has resistance to ice magic, but then suffers from a change in terrain which might help an ice magic user, they could lose that resistance in that moment, because of their waning confidence. They also momentarily gain powers in much the same way, and if they believe they can penetrate or break through something, they often times will.
