Character Stats and Profiles Wiki

In the past, we have encouraged users to create new pages for powers and abilities they thought the wiki lacked. However, as of now, we want new pages to be approved by the staff, meaning that new powers and abilities pages must be suggested. This can be done in our official Discord server in the suggestion channel, or messaged to a staff member. Of course, users can always create blogs about powers and abilities to include in their profiles if they don't want to attempt creating official pages. Linking to other wikis' powers and abilities pages is also permitted.

Summary[]

Frisk is the protagonist of Undertale and the eighth human to fall into the Underground. Virtually nothing is known about their life prior to their fall, as even their gender remains ambiguous. Being taken in by Toriel, they eventually decide to leave and explore the Underground to potentially return to the surface, eventually convincing their caretaker to let them go or forcing their way out by murdering her. From then on, Frisk manages to change the course of the events of the Underground forever, for better or worse.

Powers and Stats[]

Tier: Varies with Determination and LV. At most 8-B with Minimal Determination, 8-B with Normal Determination, far higher with Great Determination, up to High 2-A with Peak Determination

Name: Frisk, "The Human", kid, Punk

Origin: Undertale

Gender: Unknown

Age: Initially Pre-Teen, somewhat older at the end of the game (They're surprised of not fitting in their bed)

Classification: Human Child, "The Angel" (Believed to be so, and is possibly one, despite there being other candidates for the title on each route)

Powers and Abilities:

Resistance to:

All powers, abilities, and resistances they would normally have to a far greater extent, plus:

Resistance to:

Attack Potency: Varies with Determination. At most City Block level[Statistics Value 1] with Minimal Determination (Equal to their durability, as both their ATK and DEF are rated as 0), City Block level[Statistics Value 2] with Normal Determination (Can fight likes of Papyrus[38] and Undyne[39]), far higher[Statistics Value 3] with Great Determination (Fought and defeated Asgore while not trying to kill him.[40] Killed Undyne the Undying after a long fight[41]), up to High Multiverse level+ with Peak Determination (Should be comparable to Asriel Dreemurr as they have roughly the same Determination level,[Note 1] as well as their own durability as they are both still 0 even after Determination amp, meaning stats are equally amplified. Determination also allowed Chara to destroy the entire world in one strike and tank it,[35] further solidifying that Determination amps all physicals)

Speed: Varies with Determination. FTL with Normal Determination (Can fight Napstablook and dodge his attacks), higher with Great Determination (Can fight likes of Asgore[40] and Undyne the Undyning[41]. Higher determination makes one faster, as evidenced by Omega Flowey repeatedly blitzing Frisk after stopping playing with them[42] and blitzing Sans[43] despite not being portrayed as way faster than Frisk and having had troubles with Sans[44] before), Immeasurable with Peak Determination (Dodged attacks from Asriel Dreemurr, and was able to outrun and dodge Asriel's Hyper Goner, an attack that can purge and consume an entire timeline[5][Note 2]), higher with Sea Tea (Can move faster with the Sea Tea up to reaching twice their regular speed),

Lifting Strength: Varies with Determination. Peak Human[Statistics Value 4] with Minimal Determination (Can easily push large rocks[45]), Class 10[Statistics Value 5] with Normal Determination (Is not completely pinned down by Sans' telekinesis[16]), higher with higher levels of Determination

Striking Strength: Varies with Determination. At most City Block level[Statistics Value 1] with Minimal Determination, City Block level[Statistics Value 2] with Normal Determination, far higher[Statistics Value 3] with Great Determination, up to High Multiverse level+ with Peak Determination

Durability: Varies with Determination. At most City Block level[Statistics Value 1] with Minimal Determination (Barely survived Flowey's attack,[46] although Flowey could have held back to mock them of how idiot they are just like they did as Omega Flowey.[42] Since they have 0 DEF, they should be comparable to monsters like Moldsmal with 0 DEF[47] and Shyren (Canon)/TheOrangeGuy09|Shyren]] with 0 DEF[48]), City Block level[Statistics Value 2] with Normal Determination, far higher[Statistics Value 3] with Great Determination (Can survive multiple attacks from Asgore[40]), up to High Multiverse level+ with Peak Determination (Took many hits from Asriel when he using his true power, and even managed to endure one of his strongest attacks[5]), the ability to SAVE and LOAD makes them extremely difficult to kill.

Stamina: Superhuman (Able to navigate Hotland, and is capable of withstanding hordes of attacks from numerous different monsters without any signs of tiring. Frisk can be stabbed, pierced, burned to death, electrocuted, and killed many times without being fazed. Can stay conscious at less than hundred billionth of their health[5])

Range: Standard Melee Range, higher with Equipment, Several Meters with Yellow Mode, Low Multiversal with the SAVE System (SAVE and LOAD can cause entire timelines to jump left and right[Note 3]), up to High Multiversal+ with powers at Peak Determination.

Standard Equipment: Stick, Bandage, and Cell Phone.

  • Optional Equipment:

Only one of each weapon and armor piece can be worn at a time.

  • Cell Phone: Allows Frisk to call and possibly text their friends and keep up with the Underground's social network
  • Stick and Bandage: A stick that does very little damage, but can be thrown in some cases for minor uses. While the bandage has already been used before, Frisk can use this to regain 10 hp
  • Toy Knife and Faded Ribbon: The toy knife grants Frisk a minor boost of +3 attack. The faded ribbon gives Frisk +5 defense. The ribbon supposedly makes the wearer look cute, making enemies hit with lesser force as a result
  • Tough Glove and Manly Bandanna: This glove allows Frisk to hit enemies with multiple blows at a time and grants them +5 attack. The manly bandanna, which has been used many times before and has abs drawn on it, gives Frisk a +7 defense boost.
  • Ballet Shoes and Old Tutu: A dangerous pair of shoes which allows Frisk to hit enemies multiple times in a row and grants them +7 attack. The old tutu is a surprisingly protective piece of armor that gives Frisk +10 defense.
  • Torn Notebook and Cloudy Glasses: Gives Frisk +2 Attack and +6 Invulnerability which allows Frisk to remain untouchable for a longer period of time after being hit. The cloudy classed grant Frisk +5 defense and +9 invulnerability.
  • Burnt Pan and Stained Apron: A pan which keeps damage more consistent. It also gives Frisk +10 attack and makes consumable items heal 4 extra HP. The stained apron gives Frisk +11 defense and allows them to gain 1 hp every other turn.
  • Empty Gun and Cowboy Hat: A gun which has no bullets and requires precise aiming to deal good damage. It is not stated how Frisk is truly able to use it. However, it is likely that Frisk can use their determination as a substitution for the bullets as indicated by the sprites from the attack animation resembling the stars in the overworld that act as save points, which would also explain how this guns power is affected by Frisk's LV and Determination. Grants Frisk +12 attack. The cowboy hat gives Frisk +12 Defense with along with an added +5 Attack.
  • Real Knife: The Genocide Route weapon counterpart of the worn dagger. Grants +99 attack, making it the strongest weapon in the game.
  • Worn Dagger and Heart Locket: While this dagger is likely used for cutting plants, it gives Frisk an extra +15 attack making it one of the best weapons in the game outside the genocide route. A locket that says "best friends forever", originally belonging to either Asriel Dreemurr or Chara. This locket grants Frisk +15 defense.
  • Temy Armor: Crafted by Temmie after graduating from college, this armor grants +20 defense, increases attack, grants extra invincibility frames, and heals 1 HP every turn.
  • The Locket: The Genocide weapon counterpart of the Heart Locket and beats like a heart would. Grants +99 defense, making it the strongest armor in the game.
  • Dog Residue: Numerous objects that have been "blessed" by the Annoying Dog. This can be used to create more Dog Residue, and sometimes a Dog Salad, which heals either 2, 5, 10, 30, or ALL HP.
  • Various food items: Heals varying amounts of hp and sometimes have extra effects.

Intelligence: Gifted, likely Genius (Frisk was able to solve multiple puzzles and incredibly accurately analyze the emotional state of monsters they've just met. They are also quite skilled in close combat, being able to fight on par with various members of the Royal Guard, or defeat incredibly skilled enemies in the Genocide Route such as Undyne the Undying and Sans, who are notable for their ability to fight with difficult bullet hell attacks, with the latter also being able to use the rules of the game itself at his advantage.)

Weaknesses: While extremely difficult, sufficient failure can make a user of Determination give up, though this can result in a Reset much earlier than the last SAVE. The existence of someone with a higher amount of Determination (as it exists in Undertale) would result in the inability of beings with lesser amounts of it[8] from using their power to SAVE and LOAD, due to the control over the timeline being inherited to only the one with the highest amount of Determination[49].

Feats

Notable Attacks/Techniques:

Note:
  1. Even though Frisk cannot damage Asriel in the fight itself, the reason for it is not due to Frisk being unable to, but unwilling to. The evidence is Frisk doing only 1 damage to Undyne despite hitting them at full force during hangout, same as fake attack, meaning Frisk's intent to harm Undyne is so low her real attack is same as fake attack due to such lack of intent to harm. Asriel’s fight comes much, much after this on True Pacifist Route. Moreover, it is hinted that Frisk wanted to actually save Asriel, due to all buttons besides SAVE one getting out of the screen during Asriel’s last attack. They are so pacifist that they refuse to say bad things to Snowdrake's mother even if Player himself tells them to do so.
