Summary

Fyodor is the leader of the Rats in the House of the Dead and a former member and founder of the Decay of the Angel. His ability is named Crime and Punishment.He is the antagonist of the series Bungou Stray Dogs. Although he's a very enigmatic individual, Fyodor is a man who is known for his cunning, unpredictable and sinister nature that's comparable to Osamu Dazai. He is regarded as a Demon or monster by his enemies.Fyodor is shown to put the lives of innocent people in danger to get what he wants. During the Cannibalism incident, he was heartless enough to psychologically manipulate a little girl into blowing herself up to "save her brother" when in reality, he convinced her to do it just to crush Kunikida's spirit. While the Agency and the Mafia were hunting Fyodor down, he used a random man in a hood with grenades in his mouth as a distraction.

Powers and Abilities:

The Holy Sword Soluz Levni (ソルズレヴニ,, Seiken Soruzu Revuni?, dub. "Holy Sword Sorslevni") is a sword previously attached to Bram's lower body. It was removed by Aya which freed Bram from Fukuchi's bind.

Since Bram was transformed into Fyodor, the sword is now in Fyodor's possession and merged with both Fukuchi and Shintō Amenogozen.

Fyodor is using the Holy Sword/Solzevne (ability 1) to activate Fukuchi's ability (ability 2), and he's using the time and space sword Ame-no-gozen (ability 3) creating the tripolar singularity.

Fyodor have a divine being control under him, Shintō Amenogozen ,who has the power to cut through time (past, present, and future), It is Fourth dimensional being along with sword which is 4D.

• Spatial Manipulation: Fyodor Dostoevsky stated that Ame-no-Gozen is capable of manipulating space and time.
  • Portal Creation: Ame-no-Gozen creates a portal behind Fyodor when he spoke to Atsushi about Ame-no-Gozen.
    • • Minkowski Space: Ame-no-Gozen's body exists in Minkowski space in which the fourth dimension is time.That mean that for Ame-no-Gozen past, present and future is one. It was shown during it's confrontation with Doppo Kunikida, Ame-no-Gozen implies to be aware of Kunikida's past arms amputation.
    • Self-Healing: After Ryūnosuke Akutagawa slashed Ame-no-Gozen's hand with his Rashōmon Ame-no-Gozen restore it.

His ability, Crime and Punishment (罪つみと罰ばつ,, Tsumi to Batsu?, Russian: Преступление и наказание, Prestupléniye i nakazániye), allows Fyodor to steal the body of the person who killed him and turns them into a copy of "Fyodor Dostoevsky. In the far past, as seen through Sigma's ability, he witnessed Dostoevsky's execution by a solider and his blood spilled on the man as he died. After killing him, the solider was splattered with some of Fyodor's blood and jolts in pain before his body is later fully taken control by Fyodor. This ability allows Fyodor to live for an incalculable number of years considering how old the memory Sigma witnessed of him using it.

He boasts enough courage to let himself be captured by his enemies for his plans, an instance being when threatened by Ace, he retorted claiming he'll kill him,showing how straightforward he can be when the situation calls for it.When it comes to his subordinates from the Rats in the House of the Dead and his associates from the Decay of the Angel, Fyodor views them as pawns in his overall planes, deceiving, exploiting, and manipulating them. He neglected Nathaniel Hawthorne’s wish to save Margaret Mitchell by brainwashing him and erasing his memories of everything other than her, using his desire to save her for his own benefits. Fyodor then manipulates Fukuchi into enacting terrorism on the entire world in order to prevent a world war in 36 years, Fyodor shows no guilt over making Fukuchi's tribulations during the terror plot be all for nothing and even smugly reveals that the world war he was trying to prevent was a lie he made up.

Fyodor card game feats against ace :- Fyodor was captured by the Port Mafia, specifically ordered by Ace. Currently being restrained, Mori, Kōyō, and Ace are having a conversation on handling Fyodor.Ace offers to handle Fyodor himself to which Mori allows him to do so. Ace frees Fyodor from his captivity and brings him to a room he controls, soon after offers him to join hands with him to take down Mori. However, Fyodor proposes on killing Ace instead which made the latter angry and gives the choice of letting him live if he is willing to put on the collar. Ace returns to the room. Soon after, Fyodor proposes to have a contest being the conditions that if Fyodor loses, he'll happily put the collar however if he wins. he regains his freedom.Ace agrees to the conditions but with him deciding the rules of the game - each one of them take turns in drawing cards and guesses if the card is lower or higher than the previous one, guess the right and the current player draws another card, otherwise the roles gets switched, whoever has the most right cards win.

(2) Now how things go in card game against ace:The two starts to play the game. Fyodor had a good start, guessing correctly the value of the cards. However, Ace still being confident that his correct guesses won't last - gambler himself being an advantage on knowing what cards left at the deck. The game continues with Fyodor leading and guessing every card right eventually finishing the deck and wins. Unable to accept what happened, Ace tries to contact his guards but failed to do so due to it being broken and the door won't open either Fyodor claims that his organization have taken control of the underground but Ace reveals that they are actually in a ship and not underground.Furthermore, Ace brags that he have learn about Fyodor's ability - to "encase" a person's consciousness in his head and tells that he have listened to his conversation at the room after leaving •Fyodor applauds him for his but tells that he is trained for this but this is not the case for Ace. Trying to escape from the Fyodor's consciousness and going back to reality, Ace grabs a lamp and hangs himself. Fyodor successfully escapes the room and obtains the list of Port Mafia's abiility users.

Fyodor instantly created a new coded language to communicate with dazai while both in prison, based on their past conversation, which they recalled instantly.Both Dazai and Fyodor were able to speak perfectly eventhough it invented newly by Fyodor.

Crime And Punishment: Crime and Punishment allows Fyodor to steal the body of the person who killed him and turns them into a copy of "Fyodor Dostoevsky", completely removing the former looks and skin of the person and giving them his appearance.[1] As shown after Fyodor had killed Bram Stoker using his ability, Crime and Punishment, it completely erases the original personality and characteristics of the victim’s body and replaces them with Fyodor's own.
