Summary[]
With the destruction of the menace Godzilla, Japan, if not the world, breathed a sigh of relief. Rebuilding the mangled remains of what was left in the leviathan's wake was soon set in motion. Businesses thrived once more, and life returned to normal. That is until a pilot embarked on a rescue mission to locate a missing pilot near a remote island. Upon discovering the stranded pilot, the Earth shook with a thundering roar. Looking back behind them, the pilots witnessed a spiny-shelled, quadruped reptile in mortal combat with another demon, a creature that closely resembled the horrific devil that struck Japan like a typhoon just a year before: Godzilla.
Powers and Stats[]
Tier: At least 6-B | At least 5-C | 4-B Pre-Training, Low 2-C post-training | At least Low 2-C
Key: Godzilla Raids Again | King Kong vs. Godzilla/Mothra vs. Godzilla | Ghidorah the Three-Headed Monster and ahead/End of Zone Fighter | End of Showa era
Name: Godzilla, King of the monsters
Origin: Godzilla
Gender: Male
Age: Millions of years old
Classification: Irradiated prehistoric amphibious reptile
Powers and Abilities:
- Superhuman Physical Characteristics
- Longevity (Godzillas have extremely long life spans, being capable to live for millions of years)
- Large Size (Type 1; Stands at 50 meters)
- Extrasensory Perception & Enhanced Senses (Awareness, Night Vision, Microvision, Neutral Vision, Hearing, Smell - Scales to the original Godzilla, who Sensed Ogata and Serizawa's presence while taking a nap[1]. Godzilla’s ears can distinguish any noise no matter how distant. Inside them, there is a radar-like magnetic band, ensuring that no matter where he is on Earth, he will never get lost. When compared to an active sonar dolphin, Godzilla can detect distant enemies even in complete darkness or underwater. It is thought that his vision is capable of detecting the blood even in a three-year-old child[2]. Godzilla can casually live in the depths of underwater caves in the South Pacific, where light is scarce, and as a result, he developed a natural ability to see in the darkness by adapting through the conditions of this ambient of low luminosity[3])
- Regeneration (High-Low)
- Immortality (Type 1, 2 & 3)
- Natural Weaponry (Conventional; Teeth, claws and a tail)
- Self-Sustenance (Types 1 & 2; Godzilla battled King Ghidorah in Outer Space. He can survive without food for long periods of time like when he was encased in an Iceberg during seven years prior his battle with Kong in the '60s)
- Camouflage (In his native environment, his dark skin helps him blend in with the dark depth ocean[3]. At his natural habitat, the dark color of his being helps in camouflaging in the shadows of the depths of the oceans, turning him practically invisible to other living beings. He was able to sink a ship by heating an area of the water around him while staying in the depth of the ocean without being detected by the crew of the ship[1])
- Acrobatics (Hypermobility; Is an extraordinary jumper)
- Energy Manipulation, Energy Projection & Absorption (Mainly nuclear energy, but he can also absorb electricity and other kinds of energy)
- Radiation Manipulation (Emits large amounts of ambient radiation, and wherever he walks or unleashes his atomic breath, the area becomes highly radioactive)
- Light Manipulation/Breath Attack, Smoke Manipulation/Heat Manipulation & Explosion Manipulation (Godzilla's Atomic Breath in "Godzilla Raids Again" is a white vapor that is hot enough to melt metal and damage Anguirus)
- Flight (Capable of flying with his atomic breath)
- Temperature Manipulation (Godzilla's Atomic Breath reaches a temperature in excess of 100,000° Celsius)
- Radiation Manipulation (Emits large amounts of ambient radiation, and wherever he walks or unleashes his atomic breath, the area becomes highly radioactive)
- Accelerated Development, Reactive Power Level, Adaptation & Reactive Evolution (Battle & Training; Physical Stats & Abilities - Grows stronger every time he fights and can become stronger in the midst of combat)
- Martial Arts (He is adept in various martial arts techniques, such as boxing and judo throws, and sprinted at high speeds in episode 21 of Zone Fighter to rescue Zone Fighter from Jellar. As stated by the suit wearer Harou Nakajima, Godzilla is adept in wrestling, and the actor of the monster is a black belt in Karate that he incorporated into the Godzilla scenes)
- Matter Manipulation (Sub-Atomic), Transmutation and Electricity Manipulation (Godzilla's stomach has the capacity of absorbing everything he consumes over time, operating in a very similar way to a nuclear reactor by producing atomic energy, his main source of power[2]. Godzilla's intestines are able to extract uranium to generate energy, and he has a "energy sac" which stores a uranium liquid and a high-voltage electric current)
- Radioactivity (Passive - After absorbing and adapting to nuclear energy[4] from a hydrogen bomb blast[1], his metabolism went through a complete mutation which grant him powers derived from radiation. Godzilla can passively emit radioactivity where he walks, leaving extreme radiation in a single footstep containing Strontium-90 and poisoning a well[1]. His attack left several citizens poisoned with high doses of radiation[1]. His radiation can be detected by a Geiger counter even while he's resting at the depths of the ocean[1])
- Skilled Swordsmen (Godzilla briefly used a tree as a katana against Megalon, and was even seen doing sword training in the manga. Was able to outskill Ebirah, who is stated to be the most skilled swordsmen on earth)
- Disease Manipulation (Has a virus called "G-Virus" which makes things touched by Godzilla gradually grow gigantic, like plants and animals)
Resistance to:
- Radiation (Godzilla is a prehistoric creature, mutated due to nuclear radiation, which is presented as an explanation for his great size and strange powers)
- Poison (Mothra completely covers Godzilla in poison dust which does nothing to Godzilla beyond slightly annoy him, Kumonga shoots Godzilla in the eye with a stinger that immediately killed the lead Kamacuras, a kaiju who had shrugged off Godzilla's Atomic Breath with no lasting effects)
- Durability Negation, Physics Manipulation, Madness Manipulation, Electricity Manipulation & Gravity Manipulation (Survived point-blank shots from King Ghidorah's Gravity Beams, that can destroy the Gravity of an opponent by breaking them apart, likely on a Sub-Atomic level since physics and gravity work on that level, and makes monsters mad)
Attack Potency: At least Country Level+ (This Godzilla was declared to be stronger than the original Godzilla[Statistics Values 1].) | At least Moon Level (Fought with King Kong, their final fight underwater shook the Japanese Archipelago. It was stated by the humans that their fight would lead to world wide destruction, and that their battle shook the Earth's Axis, which would require this much force[Statistics Values 2].) Solar System Level Pre-Training (Godzilla fought King Ghidorah numerous times, who is stated to be more powerful than any Supernovae or Blackhole. Ghidorah also upscales the Garoga Nukes, which are this powerful.[Statistics Values 3] Ghidorah was even shown to take energy from a sun on screen and is even stated to consume entire stars[Statistics Values 4]. Godzilla upscales vastly weaker kaiju who are able to tank heat ray guns, which are this powerful[Statistics Values 5].) Universe Level+ Post-Training (4-D; Trained with Zone Fighter, who was able to fight Dorola, a being who is 4-Dimensional, who cant be detected by 3-D radars and can create 4-D constructs and weapons. Dorola is capable of creating his own 4-Dimesnional time space and trapping his enemies within them.) At least Universe Level+ (4-D; Godzilla got this many times stronger than before, Is at the peak of his power and is stronger than before, which the help of other kaiju he was able to stomp King Ghidorah for good.)
Speed: Subsonic+ walking speed with Supersonic+ flight speed with Massively FTL+ combat and reactions (Can react to King Ghidorah, who can fly to Jupiter to Earth in only a few seconds[Statistics Values 6]. Ghidorah is faster than Gigan, who is capable of traveling across galaxies[Statistics Values 7].)
Lifting Strength: Class M by sheer size | Likely Class P[Statistics Values 8](Shook the earth's axis.) | Class E Pre-Training (Can knock King Ghidorah with a tackle, who is able to eat comets in space[Statistics Values 9].), Likely Stellar Post-Training (Should upscale the Garoga Nuke's charge force, which is this powerful[Statistics Values 10].) | Setllar (Stronger than before.)
Striking Strength: At least Island Class+ | At least Moon Class | Solar System Class Pre-Training, Universe Level+ Post-Training | At least Universe Level+
Durability: At least Island Level+ | At least Moon Level | Solar System Level Pre-Training, Universe Level+ Post-Training | At least Universe Level+
Stamina: Superhuman
Range: Tens of Meters by virtue of his sheer size; Hundreds of Meters with Atomic Ray
- Teeth
- Claws
- Tail
Intelligence: Gifted. (Despite his Animalistic appearance, he has been show to be highly skilled in hand-to-hand combat, and is even a skilled swordsmen. He frequently demonstrated the ability to coordinate attacks with his kaiju allies, including Rodan, Anguirus, Jet Jaguar, and King Caesar. He was also able to kill Hedorah by powering the Giant Electrodes constructed by the JSDF with his atomic breath. The Showa Godzilla in particular seems to possess human intelligence and is capable of abstract thought and communicating with other kaiju. This is demonstrated first in Ghidorah, the Three-Headed Monster, where Godzilla holds a conversation with Mothra and Rodan, which Mothra's Shobijin translate. Godzilla also is shown "talking" to Anguirus in Godzilla vs. Gigan, their conversation taking the form of speech bubbles in the Japanese version, and garbled speech in the film's English dub.)
Weaknesses: Reacts strongly to flares and bright lights in general (due to them reminding him of the flash of the nuclear bomb he was irradiated by), Low temperature
