Held his own against Goldar) | Dwarf Star level (Capable of clashing with Goldar, who as the strongest warrior of Rita should be more powerful than Octoplant who could explode the Earth) | Small Star level (Can fight and defeat Zedd's monsters [57] alone without the aid of his team [40]. Monsters which are far superior [58] to those of Rita's [59] who could explode the Earth. The Rangers were able to continue fighting Bloom of Doom after being electrocuted and burned by her poison petals that make you feel of combusting [63]. Can engage in very long fights, did over 2 thousand bench presses without a break [29]. The Rangers can continue fighting while getting passively drained of their stamina [64].)
Range: Standard melee range normally. Meters with ranged attacks

Jason can hold his own [65] against both Goldar and Tommy as well as defeat professional and extremely skilled ninjas [24]. Jason has also trained with Tommy on many weapons such as swords, katanas, daggers, nuchaku and more [24]. The Rangers could predict Mantis’ moves based on his footwork [66]. Rangers can copy and mimic each other's fighting styles so perfectly you can't tell them apart [67]. Jason and the Rangers are also very intelligent on the environment. They can analyze the behavior of the enemy to take advantage or also try to discover the weakness of an enemy and exploit it, they also use the environment around em to gain an advantage all which are done mid-fight [65], On top of everything the Rangers can heavily increase their skill in very short time-frames, even mid-combat, when Rita's ranger putties mimicked their style perfectly to the point of knowing and predicting their attacks before they even do them, the Rangers couldn't land a hit but instantly adapted to land multiple hits after and dodge their attacks, when overpowered at the first time by putties and goldar as well as other monsters [68] The Rangers constantly train to be able to easily outskill anything that previous they couldn't beat, another good example when Trini couldn't understand or do well the Mantis Kung Fu, she trained a little bit after she got motivated and perfectly counter all of Mantis' monster's mastery over the Mantis Kung Fu skill [66].)
Weaknesses: None-Notable | None-Notable | None-Notable | Gold Zeo powers cannot be sustained for long periods of time, as the human body cannot sustain the power derived from the Triforian spirit. Overusing the power will eventually kill him | None-Notable | None-Notable
