Summary[]

Kang Jinhyeok is the main protagonist of the Korean Fantasy Web Novel Solo Max-Level Newbie.

He was an orphan, whose parents abandoned him right after the day he was born in. Nevertheless, he lived his life optimistically, doing everything to survive with a smile on his face in the middle of an unfair world filled with cheaters, scammers, thieves and traitors.

Years later, he became an independent man, and a hardcore gamer and newtuber, who spent 11 years of his life playing the nigh-impossible-to-defeat online game Tower of Trials. And after lots of trial-and-error attempts, Jinhyeok managed to become the 1st person to complete the game, a feat that no 1 other than him managed to achieve.

Upon defeating the game however, a message regarding a reboot version of the Tower of Trials was delivered to Jinhyeok, who was already content with his progress of completing the game by himself after 11 long years.

Twin Dragon Swords: A pair of indestructible twin swords received from the grandfather of Yeonhwa after Jinhyeok saved his life. They are the second primary weapons of Jinhyeok, which he utilizes with Grave of Swords to make it reach its maximum power and potential, as well as impede it with various elemental magic to further increase its strength and durability.

Causality-Severing Scythe (Immeasurable): A scythe that is the divine artifact of the great god. It can kill immortals, zombies and anything that cannot be killed, and slash anything that cannot be slashed. It also can go against probability.

Makedrain Ancient Grimoire: A special book that allows the user to use 1 of their skills should all of his skills become blocked by the interference of opposing forces. When used at full potency, it releases all of the restraints on the sealed skills of the user for 10 minutes.

Multi-Colored Pills (A): An item that consists of special pills. Each color represents something. The white pill can increase 1 of the stats of the user by 2 folds for 10 minutes, the red pill can create blazing twisters of fire and the black pill can create a black barrier that releases itself in the form of a black barrier that distorts the sense of sight of opponents.

Boundary-Breaking Mirror (Over-Rank): An item that connects to any place the user visits so that they can teleport to it instantly. The desired place is dependent on the power and growth of the user. Lasts for 30 minutes and has a cooldown time of 90 days.

Shield of Perseus (S): A divine artifact used by the hero of Greek Mythology, Perseus, to face Medusa. The ability of this shield increases proportionally to the latent potential of the wielder. It increases the physical and magical defenses by 300%.

Goguma: An ancient monster that hatched from Black Egg of the Ancients. It feeds on mana from the atmosphere, absorbing it. It also feeds on mana stones to replenish its own mana and also to grow stronger and gain new skills.

- Fear: Goguma releases a mana-infused roar that holds the effect of causing fear to its victims for 3 seconds.

- Sword of Punishment: A unique skill where Goguma manifests in his true, gargantuan form, before unleashing a devastating beam of mana, erasing the existence of the opponent.

Pentagirth's Molar and Canine: A dual sacred weapon, in the form of a bow and a dagger respectively. Those 2 weapons were given to the race of Elves after their elders treated the injuries of a god, to which said entity gave them those 2 weapons as a gift.

Fusion (Over-Rank): A skill that allows Jinhyeok to copy skills and store them inside the Memory of the World. He can also fuse skills together to gain even more advanced skills. However, certain conditions are to be met depending on the person that Jinhyeok wants to copy their skill. When a situation becomes overwhelmingly disadvantageous for the original copy conditions, the conditions will be modified accordingly, allowing Jinhyeok to copy the skill without fulfilling the copy conditions.

Judgement of Anubis (Over-Rank): A copied skill that activates when the user asks the target 3 questions. When the 3 questions are all answered, the stats of the target are reduced by 50%, and prevents the activation of skills and innate abilities for 1 minute. Can be used on a single target once, and if this rule is abused, then the wrath of the ancient Egyptian gods will be inflicted upon the user. It also allows the user to summon champions, summons that are used in fighting in order to execute the judgement of Anubis on the target that was asked the 3 questions.

Giant Clutch (B): A copied skill that allows the user to use the power of a giant. Their grip strength will increase dramatically and the user will be able to handle items 10 times their weight.

Blood Demon Qi (S): A copied skill that amplifies the power of the user and their weapons, alongside causing continuous damage to the body of the target upon contact.

Eye of Gluttony: (SSS): A fused skill that is the superior version of the Eye of Truth. It allows the user to see the status of the opponents, see through all obstruction barriers and know whether the opponent is telling the truth or lying. It also allows for view sharing and mind reading. However, the characteristics of Blood Demon Qi may increase the chance of personality corruption of the user. In addition, View sharing and Mind Reading can be only used on targets weaker than the user. It also protects the user from any ability associated with eyesight, such as the stare of Medusa, which turns the victims to stone when they look at her eyes.

Soul Chaser Sword Arts 5th Form: Pendulum Spirit Nirvana: A sword art skill from the Soul Chaser Sword Arts. The user draws in immense amounts of mana that surrounds him like a sphere, before releasing it in the form of a massive flurry of mana slash waves to take down a mass of enemies.

Soul Chaser Sword Arts 8th Form: Body of The Dark Spirit: A sword art skill from the Soul Chaser Sword Arts. The user enhances their dual swords with mana, before releasing a destructive wave of energy that disrupts all kinds of barriers, including but not limited to defensive 1s. Said wave decimates anything within its range of effect, be it living or non-living organisms.

Glacial Prison: A skill used through the usage of Glacial Formation. It is a spell which traps the opponents in glaciers and pillars of ice, preventing them from moving or taking action.

Mandala (S): A copied skill that allows the user to infuse magical power into weapons and objects, allowing them to manipulate said weapons and objects telekinetically. The skill can also allow the user to predict the directions of the attacks of the opponents.

Mental Breakdown: A fused skill that allows the user to affect the mind and body of the target, dealing continuous decay damage, and the attacked target will not be able to distinguish friend from foe.

True Heavenly Flower Cultivation Technique (S): A copied skill that allows the user to absorb the mana in the atmosphere. Increases mana recovery speed by 30% and can make the body of the user look young just from learning it. This skill can be used even when the user is suffering from rapid mana depletion and magic debility to forcibly use magic without suffering from outside restrictions.

Sword Demon King Steps (S): A fused skill that increases the speed of the user by 70%, and can also be used as a form of attack if mana is focused on the feet.

Faint Odor (F): A skill that erases the odor, the breath and even the presence of the user. Can be used for 3 seconds, and holds a cooldown time of 24 hours after every 3 uses.

Mental Barrier (S): A copied skill that strengthens the mentality of the user. Not only it will keep their information disclosed and secure from the opponents, but it also protects the user from various psychological attacks.

Moon Imprint (Immeasurable): A skill that allows the user to reduce the activation time of all barriers by 25% and increases the effects of all barriers by 30%.

Inadequate Physical Barrier: A skill that allows the user to create a barrier that protects up to 30 individuals inside of it from all physical attacks.

Sealing Coffin Barrier: A skill that allows the user to generate a barrier around the opponent, sealing them inside a rectangular pillar-like barrier, as chains and cuffs appear from inside to restrain the imprisoned opponent. The skill requires the user to touch the opponent in order to activate.

Red Magic Bullet (AAA): A fused skill that boasts scarily accurate marksmanship and destructive power using black flames. Increases accuracy by 100%, as well as understanding of bow and arrow and similar weapons by 145% after 2.5 seconds of concentration.

A Thousand Poison (AA): A copied skill that allows the user to manipulate 1000 types of poisons, have an increased understanding of poisons and obtain the ability to detoxify poisons.

Root Out All Source (BB): A copied skill that allows the user to sense targets, predict their movement route and have it displayed on their personal map.

Soul Bloodsucking (S): A fused skill that allows Jinhyeok to steal a part of the mana of an opponent with each successful hit and add it to its own, as well as stack the Spirit stat, a hidden stat that makes him stronger the more he has it, with a ratio of 0.3 mana per hit being absorbed and a ratio of 0.01 Spirit per hit. - Dark Humanity Smashing Fist: Jinhyeok uses the Dark Heavenly Demon Emperor Arts, infusing his fist with Qi, before releasing a wave of energy from his fist that holds enough power to easily blow a hole into an entire mountain.

Sun's Sacred Ground: A skill that allows Jinhyeok to overwrite the reality around him with a pocket realm that contains a desert and a sun through using the power of the Egyptian Sun god Horus.
