Summary

Lekmet is the high chancellor of the Magic High Commission. He speaks only in goat sounds, and Rhombulus appears to be the only one who can understand him. Lekmet dies after using up his powers in the fight against Toffee, and he is declared dead by Moon Butterfly later.

According to Glossaryck, Lekmet was one of the founders of the Magic High Comission)

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Magic and Inorganic Physiology (Should be made entirely of magic just like Hekapoo is and would cease to exist without magic just like her), Longevity (Although he lives for a very long time and is the original founder of the Magic High Commission, he eventually dies in his sad self-sacrifice to save Moon, as saving others accelerates his aging. Glossaryck created Lekmet so that Mewmans would have an understanding of the impermanence of existence. In doing so, he also made it so Lekmet's lifespan would lessen every time he used his powers), True Flight (Is able to fly with his wings), Power Restoration and Healing from Soul Absorption (Could bring Rhombulus, Hekapoo and Moon back to life from Toffee’s soul absorption with them getting their powers back too), Clairvoyance and Extrasensory Perception (Via Crystal Ball which can show certain things, and can show things even from the past like it showed normal Toffee although he was merging with Corrupted Magic at that point. Crystal Ball was also implied to detect powerful magic), Light Manipulation
