Just because you're in red doesn't mean you're strong. Have at you!
~ Mr. L

Summary

Luigi is the younger brother and sidekick towards Mario. Since his debut, he has been in every Super Mario Bros. title with the acception of a few.

Luigi helps his brother save Princess Peach from Bowser, the main antagonist.

Like his brother, he was born to a stork and carried to his home, when all of a sudden, Kamek came from nowhere and kidnapped Luigi as well as his transportive stork, but missing Mario. The latter plummeted to the ocean below, while the former was held captive at Bowser's Castle.

Mario met up with the Yoshis, and utilizing "Brotherly Telepathy," he seeked out and saved his brother from the Koopas.

Name: Luigi

Origin: Super Mario Bros.

Gender: Male

Age: 24 years

Classification: Human, Plumber, Star Child

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman strength, speed, durability, reflexes and agility, Enhanced Unarmed Combat, Dimensional StorageElectrokinesis, Minor Pyrokinesis, Aerokinesis and Cyrokinesis, Reality Warping, Energy Manipulation, Longevity (In the Super Mario Galaxy series, Luigi has witnessed two Star Festivals, which take place once every 100 years. Comparable to Peach and Bowser, who would live on for 10,000 more years after Bowser created his own universe), Resistance to Gravity Manipulation (Has adjusted his gravity to walk normally on hundreds of different sized planets and has been near black holes), Resistance to Radiation Manipulation (Immune to Hawking Radiation), Resistance to Petrification (Can break free from being turned to stone), Resistance to Concept Destruction (The Void would erase all concepts, and Luigi is completely unaffected by The Void's powers. Why would The Void erase all concepts? With the power of paint, Red could talk telepathically to Mario and Huey by coloring their thoughts. This would mean that paint not only gives life to beings and such, but it is also what embodies and creates thoughts; concepts are defined as thoughts and ideas, so if The Void can erase all existence, including all the paint and Paint Stars, then it's erasing all concepts as well. If you count the 1-A rating below, it can also erase all Universals, which Luigi would also resist), Resistance to Pyrokinesis (Limited only to his gloves; if he catches the fire with his hands, his resistance will kick in, as he has fire-proof gloves), Resistance to Existence Erasure (Unaffected by Bowser's wish on the Dream Stone to make him vanish from existence), Resistance to Plot Manipulation (Can negate the effects of Kersti's Paperize), Resistance to Fate Manipulation (The Light Prognosticus foretold that the four Heroes of Light would gather together and use the Pure Hearts to defeat The Dark One. The Dark Prognosticus foretold that the hero of prophecy and all others would be stopped by the Green One joining The Dark One, cementing the end of all worlds. These imbalances messed with the wheels of destiny. Everything they wrote became truth; it was fate itself bringing about the actions. But at the end, breaking the Light Prognosticus, Luigi joined Dimentio--The Dark One--and began down the path that the Dark Prognosticus created. The Heroes of Light, however, break the Dark Prognosticus and win anyways. Tippi describes this entire phenomena as "fate," rather cementing the fact that the two Prognosticuses played with fate itself. And in the end, the Heroes of Light and The Dark One all broke both Prognosticuses, giving them a resistance to fate manipulation), Resistance to Matter Manipulation (Atomic; can be stripped down to clumps of pixels and then reform completely unharmed), 4th Wall Awareness (Super Mario-Kun only), Soul Destruction and Mutilation (Has greatly damaged Boos and other ghosts, and has even destroyed Cackletta's Soul), Brotherly Telepathy w/ Mario, and Proficiency w/ Hammers. Music Manipulation (Anyone who had possession of or was in the same vicinity of a Music Key had the power of music transmitted into their souls, and can tap into its power for a variety of abilities as long as they're skilled enough, including all of the following powers after this one), Mind Control (Waluigi was going to use it to hypnotize anyone who didn't have the same dancing abilities as him), Chaos Inducement (The Music Keys could rain chaos and discord down, destroying everything and everyone), Broadway Force (The second Mario started dancing, things like snowmen, fire itself, plates, and flaming wooden logs started dancing with him), Pyrokinesis (Mario and Luigi's dancing styles are "hot," and can melt things like giant Freezies by generating and shooting fire pretty easily), Telekinesis (Could sail a boat across a river), Summoning (Summoned a rocket from nowhere to attack Bowser), Statistics Amplification (Using the power of dancing, he could increase his speed to catch up to a roller-coaster), Explosion Manipulation (Caused Koopas to explode into music notes), Power Nullification (The Dance Meter essentially decides whose abilities are more effective, and the abilities of the losing dancer are entirely nullified), Matter Manipulation (Molecular; Changed the makeup of a hotel from being a normal building to being a corkscrew, then changed it back), Size Manipulation (Caused a mushroom to spontaneously grow out of the ground), Weather Manipulation (Things like twisters, avalanches, snowstorms and whirlpools were caused by the Keys, as evidenced here), Empathic Manipulation (Forced Bowser to feel happiness. Dancing caused Boos to warm up to Mario), Healing (Bowser was going to use the Keys to fix his tone deafness), Death Inducement (Bowser's use of the Keys turned the landscape into this...), Life Inducement (Before Mario turned it back into this. To put into perspective of how impressive this is, Bowser blocked out the Sun with thick clouds, turned water into lava, killed all plant life, turned hills into volcanoes, etc. Mario changed it all back), and Soul Manipulation (Music exists inside one's soul, which can force them to do things. By coming into contact with the Music Keys, music is implanted into anyone's soul, which could be used against them) via dancing and the Music Keys. Healing w/ Mushroom, Enhanced Pyrokinesis w/ Fire Flower, Flight w/ Feather, Red Star, White Tanooki and Tanooki Leaf, Enhanced Cyrokinesis w/ Ice Flower and Penguin Suit, Duplication w/ Double Cherry and Pal Pill, Invulnerability w/ Starman, Rainbow Star, Mega Mushroom, Mega Star and White Tanooki, Increased durability w/ Life Mushroom, Ghost Pysiology w/ Boo Mushroom, Terrakinesis w/ Rock Mushroom, Cloud Manipulation w/ Cloud Flower, Intangibility w/ Power Flower, Size Manipulation w/ Mini and Mega Mushrooms and Mega Star, Increased speed w/ Mini and Mega Mushrooms, Starman, Rainbow Star and Mega Star, Nigh-Invulnerability and Transmutation w/ Silver Fire Flower, Increased strength w/ Mega Mushroom, Starman, Rainbow Star and Mega Star, Healing and Stamina Restoration w/ Max Candy, Pyrokinesis, Hydrokinesis, Cyrokinesis and Intangibility Nullification w/ the Poltergust 5000, Evolution Manipulation w/ the Devolution Gun, Flight via Balloon Backpack, Void Manipulation, Invulnerability, Life Creation, Immortality (Type 5; after the destruction of the entire multiverse, including heaven and hell--the afterlives--Luigi would live, which would mean he'd be completely incapable of dying with no hell to contain him. Furthermore, he's unable to be touched by Queen Jaydes, who has power over the concepts of life and death themselves. In the end, Luigi seems entirely deathless), Black Hole Creation, Reality Warping, Duplication, Flight, Meta Space-Time Manipulation, Dark Magic, Concept Manipulation (With the power of paint, Red could talk telepathically to Mario and Huey by coloring their thoughts. This would mean that paint not only gives life to beings and such, but it is also what embodies and creates thoughts; concepts are defined as thoughts and ideas, so if Super Dimentio can erase all existence, including all the paint and Paint Stars, then he's erasing all concepts as well. He then also planned on recreating all existence, which means he'd not only erase all concepts, but create them; also altering them to fit under his "perfect world." If you count the 1-A rating below, he can also erase, create and redesign all Universals. Whatever Super Dimentio does should be possible for other Chaos Heart users, albeit to a lesser extent), Time Paradoxal Resistance (It protects its user from the destruction The Void causes, which would erase the user's past) and Resistance to Life and Death Concept Manipulation w/ the Chaos Heart, Healing, Stamina Restoration, Dimensional Travel, Immortality (Type 5; after the destruction of the entire multiverse, including heaven and hell--the afterlives--Luigi would live, which would mean he'd be completely incapable of dying with no hell to contain him. Furthermore, through comparison to the Chaos Heart wielders, he's unable to be touched by Queen Jaydes, who has power over the concepts of life and death themselves. In the end, Luigi seems entirely deathless), Resistance to Life and Death Concept Manipulation, Concept Manipulation (With the power of paint, Red could talk telepathically to Mario and Huey by coloring their thoughts. The Pure Hearts should scale to what the Chaos Heart can do; not only that, but the Pure Hearts actually did undo The Void's destruction at the end of the game, which would include its destruction of concepts), Absolute Restoration and Time Paradoxal Resistance (Similar to the Chaos Heart in the way that it protects its user from the destruction The Void causes, which would erase the user's past) w/ the Pure Hearts. Matter Manipulation (Subatomic; Particular), Stat Buffing/Debuffing, Spring Form, Vampire Mode, Electrokinetic Physiology, Electrokinesis, Spherical Form, Tornado Form, Shapeshifting, Gold Coin Creation, Duplication, Stone Mimicry, Invulnerability and Fire Aura w/ Candies | Superhuman strength, speed, durability, reflexes and agility, Meta Possession, Size Manipulation and Pyrokinesis w/ Fire Flower as Dreamy Luigi

Attack Potency: Multi-Universe level (Scales to Mario, and is able to accomplish multiple feats of his) | Multi-Galaxy level (Darth Koopa revealed that, within a week, he'd conquer and remake the universe into the Koopaverse. Mario had done battle with and defeated Darth Koopa twice, and Luigi is comparable to both of them) | Multi-Universe level (Killed Koopa. Koopa wanted to merge the Mushroom World with reality, making one large universe out of the two, and then rule over them) | Large Star level (Comparable to other captains, like Mario, Peach and Diddy Kong, who create a star in their Mega Strikes with a widely expanding space all around) | High Multiverse level+, likely High Hyperverse level (Fought Bowser during the events of Mario Party 5, where he stated and showed he was going to ruin, or, destroy Dream Depot, and all dreams within it. In Dream Depot, the dreams of the multiverse's denizens are turned into entire universes. Bowser also planned on destroying Future Dream; this dream in particular was stated by Misstar AND by Mario Party 5's guide booklet on page 28 to be an entire universe, meaning each dream is its own universe. With this info, Dream Depot ranges from at least 5-D to infinite-dimensional). Higher w/ the Star Rod (Mario Party) | Multi-Universe level in Super Mario Bros. 2 (Defeated Wart, who put a curse over Subcon and its inhabitants, apparently altering the universe in some way. To add onto this, Wart is FAR above the likes of Mouser, who can destroy dreams on his own. And Luigi scales to this). Multi-Universe level in Super Mario Bros. 3 (Bowser threatened the existence of all Mushroom Worlds even after his entire army was demolished and it was just him. With that said, we have one last need: the size of those worlds, and whether or not they're connected. Well, first, considering all the worlds and sub-worlds and mini-worlds are all called worlds are specifically referenced as things like "this world," we can safely reach a conclusion that all worlds--the meta-worlds and even the levels themselves--are separate. And before you say they can't be separate cause you walk to them... this scan with the mini-worlds describes the hands as reaching out of nowhere and taking you to the mini-world. Therefore, it's not illogical to say that the levels are entered through some sort of portal or rift. Finally, their size... first of all, we know they have a star, as World 2's desert level has a Sun. But then we also have the Underworld... which has bottomless pits, making them infinite in size. Now, let's address some arguments against this... first of all, "bottomless pits are common in Mario." Actually, no, they're not. The "bottomless" pits in Mario normally are simply fan-dubbed as bottomless and have never been given statements justifying them as such. Second, "hyperbole." It doesn't make sense for it to be one, really. Underworlds are quite often of actual infinite-size, so it doesn't seem off for this one to be like that as well. With that said, Mario is so powerful in this game, he seen the gap of Ludwig and the other six Koopalings as tiny, even though Ludwig states clearly that he has the power of all the previous Koopalings, and is the ultimate Koopaling. Combining all the worlds for the Koopalings into Ludwig's power would make him 77 universes, since all the Koopalings have complete control over the worlds they're in. And since Mario sees that as a tiny gap, it should mean he's at least 10x stronger, making him and Bowser able to destroy 770 universes. Luigi is just as capable as Mario in this game and is a playable character too, so everything that goes for him goes for Luigi). Large Town level+ in Super Mario World (Casually punted Larry's Castle, performing the feat with no visual effort at all) | Multi-Universe level in Super Mario 64 DS (Fought Chief Chilly, who had been powered up by a Power Star, which also acted as an amp for Bowser even after he created universe-sized realms within the walls and paintings. He had to of created the time in the painting as well, as time and space cannot exist without the other. Further evidenced by how Tick Tock Clock is a world entirely based on time. If he didn't, he'd have Infinite speed for moving in timeless realms. Now, why universe-sized? Because just Bob-omb Battlefield is described by Mario as a parallel world of some sorts when he calls it a world and compares it to the main verse's realm as a world. We also know Bowser made this pretty much instantly. All the stuff from the original should carry over to the remake, and lastly, we know Bowser created these worlds individually, because Toad describes them as Bowser's "separate" worlds). At least Universe level+ in Super Mario Galaxy (Defeated Bowser, who tanked the collapse of his Galaxy Reactor, which was stated to threaten the very fabric of the universe whilst extremely fatigued. Bowser's Galaxy Reactor is repeatedly called a universal threat, and was stated to decide "The Fate of the Universe," solidifying it at this tier. Luigi damaged Bowser to the point of unconsciousness, so he definitely scales). Multi-Universe level in Super Mario Galaxy 2 (Bowser consumed a Grand Star, becoming far superior to himself in the original, pushing him to this tier. Said Grand Star enabled him the power to consume the universe w/ a black hole with zero effort, and Luigi still prevailed, once again damaging him to unconsciousness) | Multi-Universe level (Fought and defeated King Boo twice. In the original Luigi's Mansion, King Boo materialized a mansion out of nothing instantly. Said mansion contains a grand total of five completely separate universes. While the celestial objects may look small, the Marioverse does this overwhelmingly often. Also, after his defeat in the game, the mansion, along with its five universes, ceased to exist. In Dark Moon, King Boo also nearly overloaded the universe and caused it to collapse casually, and also had complete control over the Paranormal Dimension, capable of warping and manipulating it. Upon his defeat, the entire Paranormal Dimension fades from existence. Speaking of the Paranormal Dimension--it seems to be a type of small "multiverse" of sorts, with a few universe-sized zones. One being the Knightmare Zone, the ScareScraper Zone, as well as multiple mini-zones, including Coin Zone 1, Coin Zone 2, Coin Zone 3, Coin Zone 4, Snow Zone, Train Zone and King Boo's Illusion Zone, as well as a possible Reality Zone. All of the Mini-Zones have countless stars in the background, as does the ScareScraper and Reality Zone. The rest come to scale--and due to the Paranormal Dimension fading from existence after King Boo's defeat [and him manipulation it], he should scale up to this. This all accompanied by the fact that it's implied King Boo created many zones, and this tier seems set in stone. Once more, Luigi scales to this by defeating King Boo on both occasions) | Universe level+ (Possessed the concept of time itself). At least Multiverse level in Giant Form (Matched the Zeekeeper, who shattered the barrier protecting Neo Bowser Castle. That barrier was created and powered by the Dream Stone) | Continent level in Superstar Saga (Defeated Bowletta, who stated she'd divide and conquer both kingdoms, and then create a perfect new country. The Mushroom Kingdom is a very large country, evidenced by how it changes in each installment of the M&L series, and the BeanBean Kingdom is equal in size--thus, conquering both kingdoms--that are extremely large--and creating one to replace both would be 6-A). Large Country level in Partners in Time (Defeated the Elder Princess Shroob, who created a large storm simply by powering up, which seems to have spread across the entire Mushroom Kingdom, at least. Elder Princess Shroob also desired to destroy the entire kingdom, even commenting on how the Shroobs will "dance on the buried remains of this pathetic kingdom." The Mushroom Kingdom is a massive country). Universe level in Bowser's Inside Story (Aided in defeating Dark Bowser). At least Multiverse level in Dream Team (Defeated Dreamy Bowser, who was the embodiment of the Dream Stone. The Dream Stone is composed of 7,670,250,000,000,000,000 dreams/universes). Universe level+ in Paper Jam (Comparable to Paper Mario, who created a universe. Also defeated Shiny Robo-Bowser). Multi-Universe level in Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle (Defeated Mega Dragon Bowser, and destroyed the Megabug. The former is the form the latter took after absorbing Spawny [who in turn was merged with the SupaMerge Headset] and Bowser. By absorbing the SupaMerge Headset, the Megabug attained its fusionism powers, which was capable of merging Mario's world and the real world) | High Multiverse level+ (Battled Bowser numerous times and even Mario, the former of which annihilated the Manga Kamen. The Manga Kamen has absolute godhood over the manga, and exists in a higher realm than it and its characters; he sees them as mere fictional works, as if they're on a piece of scrap paper while he is the artist. He sees this entire 4-dimensional multiverse as fiction. Seeing a 2-B multiverse as mere fiction makes you a higher dimensional being in comparison--High 2-A; and Luigi scales to this) | Low Hyperverse level (Defeated Dimentio, who surpassed The Void, which was going to consume all existence--all worlds, all dimensions, all possibilities and all timelines. How did Dimentio surpass The Void? First off, Paper Mario and the others tanked The Void. But, that's not all that's important here. Mainly, look at Paper Mario's condition after The Void. He has been blasted interdimensionally back to Flipside, and is unconscious. Now, to compare, when Dimentio attacked, Paper Mario and his party was blasted--once again--interdimensionally to The Underwhere, and were once again rendered unconscious. The similarities definitely can't be ignored; Dimentio matched its power. But even then, he has points of surpassing it; his attack that he held back on, mind you, surpassed a tremor from The Void. He merely snapped his fingers without malicious intent, and his tremor shook Castle Bleck harder than all the tremors The Void caused; we know he was holding back because he didn't want to hurt Luigi; he needed him. And because String Theory Soup proves that the Marioverse's secrets reside within String Theory, which is a theory that supports 11-dimensionality, this feat was consuming eleven dimensions. Now, there's even more evidence backing up several aspects of this; to start, let's address doubts about The Void destroying dimensions. Next, let's talk about odd occurrences that back up String Theory being valid; to start, aesthetic details indicate String Theory in affect in the Marioverse. And what with mathematical-like equations existing in worlds like "Lineland," we can determine--for certain--that The Void was going to destroy all mathematical dimensions. And what about String Theory Soup? Is it reliable? Yes. It's the narrator who talks about String Theory Soup's description; third-person omniscient narrator. That is intensely reliable. And now, to address its name "not being important." The last sentence means everything: "Drink not, lest you learn more than what man was ever meant to know." Whatever this soup houses is huge. The earlier sentence states, "All the secrets of the universe are contained within this soup." So, it's something huge and revealing--a secret that man was never meant to know--about the universe. And the name reveals what that secret is; which is consistent since String Theory relates back to the universe. With that said, we can confidently say the multiverse is 11-D; so why are they 12-D, then? The Overthere is a higher plane of existence, above all worlds, and The Void was going to also erase The Overthere), likely High Hyperverse level (Dream Depot is possibly infinite-dimensional), possibly Outerverse level (Plato's book "The Republic" exists in Mario, and is referred to as "the truth" by Aristotle, who in real life was the only person to object to Plato's Theory of Forms introduced in The Republic. There are analogies that bear resemblances to those in said book, and likewise, the game says that it explains the world, the universe and all things, and answers countless questions. In the end, if The Republic is actually legitimate in Mario, it would mean the Intelligible World with all Universal concepts exists, and thus aspatial and atemporal Forms also exist, and thus The Void would erase them all, and thus Dimentio would be able to too). Hyperverse level, likely High Hyperverse level, possibly Outerverse level w/ the Chaos Heart (The Chaos Heart was shown three times to make the user unstoppable unless the Pure Hearts are brought into the picture, and was even so far as stated to be invincible in comparison to everything, making the Chaos Heart the most powerful artifact in the entire Marioverse aside from the Pure Hearts) and w/ the Pure Hearts (Should be comparable to the other Heroes of Light, who were capable of killing Super Dimentio)

Speed: Massively FTL+ (Equally as fast as Mario) | Superhuman (This is the highest speed he's displayed) w/ Massively FTL+ reactions (Comparable to Mario, who despite zooming through an asteroid field and across the universe at a crash-landing speed, could still catch sight of Mouser, meaning he could see and react at such speeds) | Unknown | Sub-Relativistic+ (Capable of moving and interacting when at a distance from a large black hole. While he was definitely not behind the event horizon, light still gets bent and affected at that distance, so Luigi moving at all is still around this level of speed) w/ Relativistic+ reactions and combat speed (Capable of dodging White Mages's specials, which are literal columns of light. Also reacted perfectly fine while racing around Saturn's rings. Since they can race along the E Ring, the furthest ring from Saturn, equating to a distance of 3-8 Saturn radii, and since Saturn's circumference is 227,350.77715498615708106457636117 miles [using its radius and converting it to circumference], then we multiply the result by 8x to get the furthest point of the E Ring. That is 1,818,806.2172398892566485166108894 miles. Since they cover the entire thing in 14 seconds, we divide the distance by the time, and that means they were going at exactly 129,914.7298028492326177511864921 miles per second. Light moves at 186,282 miles per second, so they were moving at roughly 0.69740744084975148098c, or around 70% of the speed of light, which makes them this speed) | Immeasurable (Bowser was traversing all of Dream Depot and wiping out each dream one by one--which are universes--casually, as evidenced by how he's talking about his plan and such, before destroying Dream Depot itself. Misstar then says "at this rate, he'll destroy the dream worlds one by one." She goes on to say that Luigi must protect everyone's dreams. This means Bowser was casually moving at a rate that would allow him to destroy an uncountable set of uncountably infinite universes. Not only does Luigi fight Bowser in this game, but during the story, he's actively chasing Bowser through Dream Depot, so Luigi accomplished a toned down version of this feat. Even so, he still scales to the full thing for being a touch faster than Bowser) | Massively Hypersonic (His jumps are faster than Lakithunder's lightning) | Massively FTL+ (Keeps up with Bowser in both Galaxy games. And in SMG2, Bowser tagged Starship Mario with his meteors. Starship Mario can travel entire worlds, which are entire universes, as Lubba states that you must travel through space-time in order to reach unknown worlds. Starship Mario crosses said universes, going from one side to the other, in ten seconds. It takes 91 billion lightyears to do that in reality, so, Mario can travel and fight with speeds that cross 9.1 billion lightyears every second, and can react at such a speed. This makes Luigi 287,174,160,000,156,544 times faster than light. With something like the speed quadrupling Rainbow Star, Luigi would be 1,148,696,640,000,626,176 times faster than light) | Massively FTL+ (Able to keep up with King Boo) | Massively FTL+ (Can jump out into constellations in one second) | At least FTL (Outran Giant Bowser, who escaped a black hole) to Massively FTL+ (Scales to Dreamy Bowser, who scales to Antasma, who scales to Dreamy Luigi, who jumped out into the Sun in 1 second. The distance between the Earth and the Sun is 92,960,000 miles. Crossing that distance in that time is 334,656,000,000mph, or 499.0272912069 speeds of light. Dreamy Luigi could also jump into constellations, which takes MFTL+ speed--more specifically a few lightyears per second of speed--to accomplish within such a small time frame), likely Infinite (Scales to RPG Mario and Bowser, both of which defeated Culex. Again, scales to Mario, who had his speed complimented by the Zeekeeper, and can also keep up with him and Giant Dreamy Luigi, as well as characters equal to or faster than Zeekeeper. Zeekeeper can tear a dimensional rift. Rifts are, again, by definition, absent of time and space. Zeekeeper is fully capable of moving inside of them, which gives him infinite speed. And as said, Mario definitely scales to this, and by extension, Luigi scales too) | Immeasurable (Super Dimentio exists in this verse too, and his goal was the same: to nuke existence. Since he'd nuke all existence--all time and time periods--traveling all across time, and all of space, and moved in The Void--which is what was erasing said existence--the characters should be this level of speed) | Immeasurable w/ or w/o the Chaos Heart & the Pure Hearts (The Void consumes all existence--all worlds, all dimensions, all timelines, all possibilities. This means it nukes all of time and space, and The Void itself destroys all of time and space at all time periods, as well. The Void is definitely rather of higher dimensional order, as it's not even under the conventional aspects of "near" and "far," and it's actively capable of existing all throughout time and space; and since it erases stuff above time in all aspects, it should naturally be into these areas. The characters actively resist The Void dozens of times, and should scale off of it), possibly Irrelevant

Lifting Strength: Class G (Lifted and punted Larry's castle with absolutely no effort whatsoever) | At least Class G (With this source, we know that coins in SMB3 are, if Mario is 5'9½, around 4.5 tons. Mario is actually 5'11, so this is low-end regardless. But multiplying that by the 1,000,000 coins Toad carried, and Toad carried 4,082,331,330 kilograms, which qualifies as Class G. Luigi is superior to Toad in all strength aspects, so he scales) | Unknown | UnknownUnknown | Class GClass 100 (Luigi lifted King Bob-omb easily, and is comparable to Mario, who shoved a watermelon several times his size with sheer effortlessness) | Unknown. Class T in Giant Form (Can lift Mount Pajamaja, a living mountain) | Unknown | Unknown | Immeasurable (Again, The Void consumes all. And what with the Marioverse being 11-D, this would mean mass on a higher dimensional scale), possibly Irrelevant

Striking Strength: Multi-Universal | Multi-Galactic | Multi-Universal | Large Star Class | High Multiversal+, likely High HyperversalHigher w/ the Star Rod (Mario Party) | Multi-Universal in Super Mario Bros. 2. Multi-Universal in Super Mario Bros. 3. Large Town Class+ in Super Mario World | Multi-Universal in Super Mario 64 DS. At least Universal+ in Super Mario Galaxy. Multi-Universal in Super Mario Galaxy 2 | Multi-Universal | Universal+. At least Multiversal in Giant Form | Continent Class in Superstar Saga. Large Country Class in Partners in Time. Universal in Bowser's Inside Story. At least Multiversal in Dream Team. Universal+ in Paper Jam. Multi-Universal in Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle | High Multiversal+Low Hyperversal, likely High Hyperversal, possibly OuterversalHyperversal, likely High Hyperversal, possibly Outerversal w/ the Chaos Heart & the Pure Hearts

Durability: Multi-Universe level | Multi-Galaxy level (Survived hits from Darth Koopa, and whilst in his his own ship, could still sustain himself when hit a few times by Darth Koopa's ship) | Multi-Universe level (Survived attacks from President Koopa) | Large Star levelHigh Multiverse level+, likely High Hyperverse level (Took blows from Bowser during the events of Mario Party 5) | Multi-Universe level in Super Mario Bros. 2 (Tanked blows from Wart). Multi-Universe level in Super Mario Bros. 3. Large Town level+ in Super Mario World | Multi-Universe level in Super Mario 64 DS (Tanked attacks from Chief Chilly). At least Universe level+ in Super Mario Galaxy (Took blows Bowser). Multi-Universe level in Super Mario Galaxy 2 (Survived attacks from Bowser powered up drastically by a Grand Star) | Multi-Universe level (Took hits from King Boo in both Luigi's Mansions) | Universe level+. At least Multiverse level in Giant Form (Can tank hits from Zeekeeper) | Continent level in Superstar Saga (Tanked hits from Bowletta). Large Country level in Partners in Time (Survived attacks from Elder Princess Shroob). Universe level in Bowser's Inside Story (Tanked hits from Dark Star Core). At least Multiverse level in Dream Team (Hammered on by Dreamy Bowser, and survived). Universe level+ in Paper Jam (Comparable to Paper Mario. Tanked blows from Shiny Robo-Bowser). Multi-Universe level in Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle (Took hits from Mega Dragon Bowser) | High Multiverse level+ (Can survive hits from Bowser, whose blows can harm the manga writer) | Low Hyperverse level, likely High Hyperverse level, possibly Outerverse level (Took blows from Dimentio and survived The Void). Hyperverse level, likely High Hyperverse level, possibly Outerverse level w/ the Chaos Heart (Became completely invincible, infinitely superior to everything in the Marioverse [discounting the Pure Hearts]) & w/ the Pure Hearts (Capable of tanking countless blows from Super Dimentio)

Notable Attacks/Techniques:

  • Jumping: Luigi's most iconic power. He was naturally born with a gifted power in this department. He can casually leap 35 feet into the air and beat Mario's distance by a foot. At his best, he can theoretically leap 85 feet into the air and beat Mario's distance by four feet.
    • Spin Jump: Renders Luigi immune to spiky foes and objects, such as buzzsaws. It also slows Luigi's descent drastically, and if combined with Fire or Ice Flowers, can spread-shot fireballs or iceballs.
    • Super Jump Punch: If connected at the very beginning of this leap, it'll set foes aflame and send them rocketing into the air reaching the double digits of feet. If connected anywhere else, does no damage at all.
    • Scuttle: Luigi kicks his feet, extending his jump height and distance by a tiny bit and slowing his descent a tiny bit.
    • Super Jump: As Paper Luigi, he can crunch himself down like a pancake, then spring upwards with a powerful uppercut that also sends him nearly 100 feet into the air.
  • Elemental Manipulation: Luigi has come in control of various elements throughout the games.
    • Electrokinesis: Luigi's most proficient element. He can summon lightning bolts that have heat of 30,000°C and that cause craters. He can also shoot off balls of electricity and by touching someone, can paralyze their entire body.
    • Pyrokinesis: Luigi can throw the basic Fireball and spread-shot it into five, just like Mario. It's weaker, however. Being at least 7,500,000°C.
    • Cyrokinesis: Luigi can throw a basic iceball that freezes the foe solid upon contact.
    • Aerokinesis: Luigi can throw tornadoes and hit something, encasing it in a tornado via Tornado Swing.
  • Green Missile: Luigi fires forward, bashing into a foe. Nine times out of ten, this becomes the "Crit Missile." The Crit Missile fires Luigi forward with twice the speed and power of the regular Green Missile, PLUS a fire effect.
  • Luigi Cyclone: Luigi twirls around extremely quickly, capturing foes within an onslaught of slaps.
  • Megastrike: Luigi makes use of tremendous re-entry force and blasts a metal soccerball w/ lightning, splitting it into six and giving it re-entry force of its own.
  • Ground Pound: An ass slam.
  • Star Spin: One of Luigi's stronger attacks. This can draw in items Luigi might need, improves his swimming capabilities, and deflects projectiles. Said projectile will then home back in towards the area from whence it came.
    • Star Pound: A combination of the Star Spin and Ground Pound. This homes in on foes.
  • Plumb-Fu: An ancient form of karate that plumbers use. Can even be used underwater normally, despite the buoyancy.
  • Energy Attacks: Luigi can manipulate and bend his energy into multiple attacks.
    • Sphere: Luigi forms a sphere of energy above his head, and throws it at his foe, which then homes in on the foe. The sphere can sometimes split into multiple, which all then home in on the foe.
    • Weapon: Luigi forges a weapon of pure energy. Most notable is a hockey stick, which he can use to smack foes with.
  • Luiginary Possession: With this power, Dreamy Luigi can possess just about anything. He has entered and altered people, objects, and even concepts like gravity and time itself. It is only really limited to Luigi's imagination, which he doesn't let run wild too often, unfortunately.
  • Team Attacks: These attacks are effectively executed with the help of Mario. Thus, they are preferably used only for tag team battles pitting the two on the same team. In spite of this, it doesn't mean they're impossible to use individually. Even then, a few require outside help from characters besides Mario. These cover attacks involving Luigi.
    • Bros. Attacks: Attacks used in Superstar Saga, Dream Team and Paper Jam.
      • Bounce Bros.: Luigi bounces off Mario—who launches him upwards as well with his hands. The latter then dashes forward and leaps upwards, latching onto Luigi’s legs as the two spin upside-down and crash into the enemy’s head.
        • Advanced Bounce Bros.: Luigi jumps up as Mario immediately grabs his legs and flips them upside-down, flying forwards. Luigi launches them back up again as the two separate and stomp two enemies at once.
      • Knockback Bros.: Luigi spins behind Mario, who spins in front of him. Luigi then pulls out his Hammer and thwacks Mario in the head, making him small. He then reels his Hammer back and launches Mario forward in a ball, hitting the foe and landing before returning to normality.
        • Advanced Knockback Bros.: Luigi spins behind Mario, who spins in front of him. Luigi then pulls out his Hammer and thwacks Mario in the head, making him small. He then reels his Hammer back and launches Mario forward in a ball, hitting the foe and returning to the green plumber, who then begins to rapidly swing, launching Mario back into the enemy over and over. The process repeats until they fail.
      • Thunder Bros.: Luigi charges the Thunderhand, before jumping skybound and bouncing off Mario. Luigi then hovers briefly midair before shooting a lightning bolt downward, shocking all his foes and creating a crater in the process.
        • Advanced Thunder Bros.: Luigi charges the Thunderhand, before hopping into the air. Right as he’s about to land on his brother, the red plumber side-steps and hammers Luigi into the ground. The green plumber then swims through the dirt quickly, and when next to his foe, jumps out as he uppercuts his foe—sending out a lightning bolt in the process.
      • Cyclone Bros.: Luigi spins behind Mario as he spins in front of Luigi. Luigi then pulls out his Hammer and whacks Mario in the head, making him small. He then leaps into the air—Hammer still drawn—as Mario spins as fast as possible. Upon landing atop Mario, the two then dash towards a foe, bashing them rapidly with Luigi’s Hammer until Mario stops spinning.
        • Advanced Cyclone Bros.: Luigi spins behind Mario as he spins in front of Luigi. It would be at that time that Mario stands up straight and Luigi draws his Hammer back, before the former drops his brother, causing the latter’s Hammer to hit a foe right in the noggin.
      • 3D Green Shell: Luigi whips out a Green Shell before kicking it towards all opponents. After hitting a foe, the shell makes its way towards Mario, who punts it towards an enemy as well. The process repeats until Mario and Luigi are close to the foe, which is when Luigi charges a kick, and sends the shell right into a foe before flying off into the horizon.
      • Rapid Extension Fire Flower: Luigi tosses a Fire Flower into the air, and it bursts into red particles, empowering the brothers. The two then rapidly toss fireballs at their foe, bombarding them.
      • Dropchopper: Luigi summons a small set of chopper blades, and allows it to fly as the two Bros. chase after it from off-screen. Once they catch it and grab on, it rises, slows, and they take aim at their enemies. They then drop from the chopper blades—whilst drilling down—right onto an enemy’s head. A shockwave is then sent out omnidirectionally, hitting all grounded foes.
      • Sling Sniper: Luigi draws out a large slingshot, and pulls himself back with the assistance of Mario. Once fully pulled back, Mario aims at the foe, and fires Luigi forward, who—at full power—can blast the foe all the way around the planet itself.
      • Star Rocket: The two brothers dart off-screen, and the green plumber whips out a small star. From there, he sets it free as it backflips. The two brothers then jump upon the star as it swings back around, and begin to steer the star into smaller stars—powering it up. Once it collects all stars and reaches the foe, it soars upwards before bursting into all the smaller stars. The two brothers then sunder down before stomping the foe twice with tremendous force as the small stars gather in a circle around the foe. After both Bros. have finished, the small stars then all begin rapidly shooting inward, bombarding the enemy.
      • Charged Extension Fire Flower: Luigi tosses a Fire Flower into the air, and it bursts into red particles, empowering the brothers. The two then begin charging up fireballs briefly into large fireballs, before hurling them forward. If successful, the fire would be fully charged, and the brothers will be able to bombard their enemies with enormous fireballs.
      • Drill Shell: Luigi yanks out a red drill helmet, before tucking it on his head, and jumping into the air. Mario then catches Luigi’s feet and jumps over an enemy. Once over the foe, Mario flips himself and his brother upside-down as they drill downward into their foe’s skull.
      • Balloon Blast: Luigi pulls out a giant machine with two seesaw-esque levers, which they must Ground Pound on to make it blow up the balloon. Once they finish, whomever didn’t make the last Ground Pound is sprung into the air as the large balloon explodes from tension, small balloons bursting from it and enveloping all foes—rapidly exploding around them. Once the last balloon has fallen, the brother that was sprung into the sky now lands perfectly fine.
      • Mega Thwonk: Luigi darts off-screen with Mario. There, he showcases a Mega Mushroom before gulping it down at once and transforming into a skyscraper. Mario jumps atop his Hammer, and Mega Luigi then begins dashing towards the enemy—charging up speed in the process. Once near the foe, Mega Luigi skids across the ground and slams his Hammer into the foe, sending them flying off into the distance. As the foe is bouncing off of the ground, desperately attempting to halt such an action, Mario—who was sent along with the foe when Mega Luigi swung the hammer—stomps them once, sending them bouncing off the ground. He then stomps them twice… thrice… and his fourth stomp, he slams them against the ground, skidding them across it for several meters before leaping off them.
    • Bros. Items: Attacks used in Partners in Time. All of these work best with the help of Mario, Baby Mario and Baby Luigi.
      • Bros. Flower: Luigi showcases a Bros. Flower before tossing it into the air, and it bursting into tiny particles, empowering the brothers. Mario and Luigi then rapidly throw small fireballs at their enemies. Very like the Rapid Extension Fire Flower below.
      • Cannonballer: Luigi pulls out a cannon, before placing it down. Mario and Luigi as well as their baby counterparts then jump inside and are shot into the air before plummeting downward and stomping their foe four times.
      • Copy Flower: Luigi drags out a two-headed flower, before chucking it into the air, it bursting and empowering the brothers, turning them into an army of themselves. This endlessly clones Mario, Luigi, Baby Mario and Baby Luigi, allowing them to endlessly attack and blitz their foe. However, one failed attack undoes the clones.
      • Green Shell: Luigi whips out a Green Shell and kicks it at all enemies, their baby counterpart riding the shell. Upon contact with the foe, the baby swings their Hammer, nailing the enemy as the shell then rolls towards the other brother, who repeats the process.
      • Ice Flower: Luigi showcases an Ice Flower before tossing it into the air, and it bursting into tiny particles, empowering the brothers. Mario and Luigi then rapidly throw small iceballs at their enemies, which have a high probability of lowering stats like durability.
      • Mix Flower: Luigi breaks out a sunflower-esque flower, before throwing it into the air. The flower explodes, sending out four balls of fire. Some are blue, some are red. Mario and Luigi, accompanied by their baby counterparts, then begin tossing fireballs into the air, creating one enormous building-sized fireball, which eventually—due to sheer size and weight—crashes down onto all enemies, exploding.
      • Pocket Chomp: Luigi breaks open an orb containing a Chain Chomp, before running off with it. Mario or Luigi then come running in and stomp the enemy, with the Chain Chomp right behind them and one baby on top of the Chain Chomp with another behind it. As they run by, the Chain Chomp tackles the foe, and the baby hammers them. The process repeats until the Chain Chomp catches up to and tackles Mario or Luigi.
      • Red Shell: Luigi whips out a Red Shell and kicks it at an enemy, their baby counterpart riding the shell. Upon contact with the foe, the baby swings their Hammer, nailing the enemy as the shell then rolls towards the other brother, who repeats the process.
      • Smash Egg: Luigi brings out a white egg with yellow stars dotted around it, before chucking it into the air, and bicycle kicking it into the foe. It them rebounds off the foe and flies at Luigi, who bicycle kicks it into the enemy, and it flies towards Mario. The process repeats several times before the egg cracks and shatters. The babies can jump up and knock the egg higher into the air, making it fall faster, but also increasing its power.
      • Trampoline: Luigi chucks a trampoline between his brother and himself. The two—along with their baby selves—leap onto the trampoline before springing high into the air, and crashing onto their foes’ heads, springing back up into the sky. The process repeats until one of the four messes up and knocks the trampoline over.
    • Special Attacks: Attacks used in Bowser's Inside Story.
      • Green Shell: Luigi plucks out a Green Shell before kicking it towards the foe. After hitting the foe, it rolls towards Luigi, who continues the trend. This continues several times before the shell breaks apart.
      • Rapid Extension Fire Flower: Luigi tosses a Fire Flower into the air, and it bursts into dust, empowering the brothers. The two then rapidly toss fireballs at their foe, bombarding them.
      • Jump Helmet: Luigi whips out an orange helmet with an attached spring, and tosses it onto Luigi’s head. They both then rush off-screen before Mario jumps onto the spring, launching himself into the sky. Luigi then precisely moves towards Mario’s next landing spot, launching him back into the air. The two repeat this a multitude of times, before launching Mario skybound one last time—the plumber plummeting downward, stomping his opponent’s head with great force.
      • Yoo Who Cannon: Luigi pitches a barrel cannon skyward, before it splits into eight separate barrel cannons. The brothers are then swallowed up by the cannons, and duplicate into four each. The barrel cannons then fire off Mario and Luigi in a set order, sending them curdling towards their foes.
      • Super Bouncer: Luigi wrenches out a beach ball, and Luigi hops atop it, clasping onto it. Mario then bounces it into the air. As the ball falls, Luigi spins it around so he can slam into the enemy, which sends the ball flying back at Mario—who then punches it back into the sky. The process then repeats.
      • Spin Pipe: Luigi yanks out a blue pipe with a reverse symbol, then shoots it into the air. Mario then jumps atop Luigi—upside-down—and the pipe falls back down, engulfing the brothers. The pipe then floats above the foe, and begins spinning, then careening downward randomly, allowing one of the brothers to stomp the foe, before floating back up and spinning once more. This repeats multiple times.
      • Mighty Meteor: Luigi showcases a meteor, before allowing it to fly off into the air. The two Bros. then take spots on opposing sides of the enemy, and bring out their Hammers. The meteor then comes shooting down at one of the brothers, who smack it, sending it bashing into one of their foes before flying into the sky once more. The process repeats until the meteor shatters.
      • Snack Basket: Luigi pitches a basket into the sky, and darts into the back, allowing Luigi to have the most room. Luigi then sprints about, eating each and every sweet that burst from the basket, becoming obese in seconds. After launching into the air, Mario runs underneath of him. The green plumber then crushes the red, who begins lifting his brother into the air, before rocketing him upwards and darting off. Luigi—at the height of the toss—then thwomps downward, sending out an immensely powerful shockwave. This attack was the only one that could defeat Chakron.
      • Magic Window: Luigi pulls out a mushroom-esque window before he and Luigi jump through, disappearing. Endless windows then begin spawning all around the enemy, allowing the brothers to endlessly attack the foe at extremely high speeds thanks to teleportation, effectively speedblitzing the foe.
      • Falling Star: Luigi wrenches out a star, before allowing it to soar tens of feet into the air. Countless mini-stars then join Mario and Luigi—who are on opposing sides of their foes—as they take aim at the big star, and shoot as many mini-stars into the big star as they can. Once finished, the big star—accompanied by all the mini-stars that successfully hit it—fly high into the air, before diving down and crashing into the enemies’ heads. Groups of mini-stars crash down next, and then lone mini-stars follow. The big star has a 50% chance of lowering the targeted foe’s durability.
  • Trio Attacks: These attacks are effectively executed with the help of Mario & Paper Mario. Thus, they are preferably used only for tag team battles pitting the three on the same team.
    • Trio Racquet: Paper Mario pulls out a cardboard cube, which then transforms into a Giant Hammer, which he crushes all foes with—turning them into paper and creating a realm in which he and his teammates can attack foes in. This realm has a wall which the enemies are pinned to, as the trio pulls out racquets and begins rapidly smacking a ball into all foes. The attack ends with all three throwing out their strongest hits—with the last one being a critical, which then shatters the wall and does extra damage to the enemies. After a small celebration, Paper Mario erases the realm.
    • Trio Kite: Paper Mario whips out a cardboard cube, which then transforms into a Giant Hammer, which he quashes all foes with—turning them into paper and creating a realm in which he and his teammates can attack foes in. This realm has a breezy field with Mario holding a kite with the targeted foe attached. The three then begin running—gaining as much air on the kite as possible. Mario goes, then Luigi goes, then Paper Mario goes, and then Mario goes one last time. After a few seconds, Paper Mario hops onto the string and sprints up it. As he reaches the foe at the peak, he splits into ten copies, who all hammer the foe at once, sending the foe plummeting down to the earth below. If high enough, the falling speed can reach terminal velocity, and once hitting the ground, a large portion is cracked, crushed and destroyed. The impact with the ground does the most damage, commonly. Mere moments later, Paper Mario erases the realm.
    • Trio Whirligig: Paper Mario wrenches out a cardboard cube, which then transforms into a Giant Hammer, which he flattens all foes with—turning them into paper and creating a realm in which he and his teammates can attack foes in. This realm spawns the trio atop clouds in the sky, as their foes begin falling towards the sea far below. Paper Mario then forms himself into chopper blades, and Mario & Luigi then grab on and drill down. The Bros. collide with all enemies and take them down with them as they approach several platforms. They slam through three before crunching the foes together on the fourth. They then begin spinning so fast, the foes—who have been transformed into paper—catch fire. After grinding the foe to dust, the attack ends, and Paper Mario erases the realm.
    • Trio Shuriken: Paper Mario rips out a cardboard cube, which then transforms into a Giant Hammer, which he smashes all foes with—turning them into paper and creating a realm in which he and his teammates can attack foes in. This realm is the inside a Japanese-styled building. The ten Paper Marios then begin transforming themselves into throwing stars, and leap into Mario & Luigi’s arms, allowing them to be thrown full-force at the enemies as they float down. After several hits, the Paper Marios fuse into one large throwing star, as Luigi jumps atop Mario’s arms and catches the giant shuriken Paper Mario. Mario then spins the rapidly, before throwing them—Paper Mario busting through the wall, and flying off into the sky—possibly shattering the moon. The attack then ends with Paper Mario erasing the realm.
    • Trio Meteor: Paper Mario showcases a cardboard cube, which then transforms into a Giant Hammer, which he squashes all foes with—turning them into paper and creating a realm in which he and his teammates can attack foes in. This realm reflects the entire universe—stars/galaxies and galactic nebula included. The trio begins atop meteorites high up, with the foe on a large rock tower far beneath. Paper Mario then drops his meteorite, aiming it and crashing it into his foe. Luigi follows, with Mario coming last. As a finale, the trio ride one enormous meteorite down, crashing it into the foe and splitting the rock tower in the process. As the seemingly imminent death of the universe ensues, the trio fly off, before Paper Mario erases the realm.
  • Team Attacks: These attacks are effectively executed with the help of Mario. Thus, they are preferably used only for tag team battles pitting the two on the same team. In spite of this, it doesn't mean they're impossible to use individually. Due to Dreamy Luigi’s unlimited duplication, these attacks would be fairly easy to use on his own. These cover attacks involving Dreamy Luigi.
    • Luiginary Ball: Dreamy Luigi leaps from Mario, before tucking in his arms and legs—like a ball. Mario then tosses him into the sky, as he bursts into countless clones. Mario jumps onto the ball created, and rolls it—collecting as many possible Dreamy Luigis as he goes. At the end, he slides the ball along and kicks it—sending it bowling into all enemies in the way.
    • Luiginary Stack: Dreamy Luigi leaps from Mario, before thrusting an arm and leg out, with one arm behind him—a jumping pose. Mario then chucks him skyward, as he bursts into pseudo-endless clones. Mario jumps atop the group of Dreamy Luigis, who then charge forward. The red plumber guides and instructs them in the process—gathering the remaining groups to form an enormous stack. Once the foes have been encountered, the stack prepares for an enormous jump, before springing into the sky. The stack of Dreamy Luigis then fall, pelting their foes in a rain of themselves, before Mario plummets down, stomping the targeted foe in the noggin.
    • Luiginary Hammer: Dreamy Luigi leaps from Mario, before holding his arms drawn back—ready to strike with a hammer. Mario then pitches him into the air, as he bursts into a gang of clones. Mario then whips out his Hammer and holds it up, allowing all the Dreamy Luigis to jump atop of it and form a giant hammer, as Mario keeps the balance of it stable. Once finished, Mario runs forward, frontflips, and slams the Dreamy Luigi Hammer down unto all foes within the head’s vicinity, before sending out an omnidirectional shockwave.
    • Luiginary Flame: Dreamy Luigi leaps from Mario, before holding up his palms, his hands drawn back, and standing on one foot—like he’s ready to throw something. Mario then throws him into the sky, as he bursts into an army of Fire Dreamy Luigis. All of them dart off except two—one on the receiving end for Mario’s fireball, and one that gives Mario the fireball to start the attack. Mario then tosses the fireball to the first clone, who bounces it into the air and to the next clone, who continues the process as Mario follows from behind. Said process repeats—Mario filling in small gaps here and there and many groups adding their own fireballs to the existing one, making it stronger. The last group springs it so high, that Mario has time to run and stop a few dozens of meters away from the foe, draw his Hammer, reel it back, and swing—blasting the fireball to pieces, sending hundreds of small fireballs into all enemies.
    • Luiginary Wall: Dreamy Luigi leaps from Mario, before holding up his arms—kinda like a stop sign. Mario the shoots him skyward, as he bursts into a large group of clones. The clones form a three-layered wall of themselves, blocking their foe in with Mario and the real Dreamy Luigi, the latter two bringing out their Hammers. Dreamy Luigi begins spinning as Mario whacks his Hammer into Dreamy Luigi’s, sending him spinning into the foe. The Dreamy Luigi Wall keeps the real Dreamy Luigi from spinning out and ending the attack with a failure. The process of Mario smacking Dreamy Luigi into foes repeats for several times until the Dreamy Luigi Wall forms into one large wall behind the foes. Mario then knocks Dreamy Luigi into the wall, causing them to tumble over and crush all their foes.
    • Luiginary Typhoon: Dreamy Luigi leaps from Mario, before holding his arms up and thrusting one leg out—almost like he’s ready to be spun. Mario then chucks him a little into the air, but mostly toward the enemies, as he bursts into a neat collection of Dreamy Luigis, with a chain tied to them extending from the neat collection to Mario. The red plumber pulls this chain—pulling the collection of Dreamy Luigis towards him as the chain wraps around the collection—and twists the chain HARD, yanking them off, but spinning the Dreamy Luigi collection into a tornado in the process. Said tornado then begins sucking up foes, as the clones within the tornado hammer all foes rapidly before they’re expelled out the top, and crash into the ground. The process repeats until the tornado dies out.
    • Rhythm Mushroom: Mario jumps down onto Giant Dreamy Luigi’s hand, and throws Mushrooms into his dreamy brother’s mouth, healing him most, if not all his health. Mario will be tired afterwards and need 30 to 40 seconds of rest.
    • Drill Stomp: Both Giant Dreamy Luigi and Mario rocket into the air, with the latter spinning as fast as possible, before drilling downward, sending Giant Dreamy Luigi drilling into the foe’s head at the same spinning speed. They do the twice more, with the second one being an extremely overpowering stomp.
    • Finishing Bros.: Giant Dreamy Luigi squats down, before springing up—past the clouds and into space, before grabbing a star. Mario jumps onto said star, as Luigi spins around and throws the star with tremendous force. Mario steers the star as he flies past hundreds of stars in seconds at MFTL+ speeds, and re-enters the atmosphere, then pinpoints the target before hitting them in their most vulnerable spot—blasting right through them. Can only be used should the foe be ripe for defeat. This attack was strong enough to put down the Zeekeeper.
      • Star Driver: A far more powerful version of Finishing Bros., and used the help of Dreambert in-game to enlarge the star, making the striking force and maneuverability far better.
  • Itchy Feet: Luigi gives his allies within the vicinity more range.
  • Steely Stare: The second Luigi lays eyes on someone, his reaction speed multiplies itself several times over, making the character look nearly frozen, and allowing Luigi himself to move at much greater speeds, allowing him to effortlessly land attacks he normally couldn't.

        • Stro-Bomb: In emergencies, Luigi can throw a Stro-Bomb, which explodes with twice the power of the Strobulb and stuns all enemies within Luigi's line of sight. He only carries three of them, however.
      • Dark-Light: Cancels out intangibility by flashing a beam over the intangible enemy and/or object.
  • Trial Stew: Upon ingestion, Luigi's health and stamina will be sapped to life-threatening levels, but his max health will be multiplied by 100x and his speed will be tripled all for a short duration. So, if used in tangent with something like the Max Candy, he can increase his health by 100x and speed by 3x for a long period of time.
  • Peppers: Luigi carries three types of peppers into battle with him.
    • Red Pepper: Increases Luigi's attack potency.
    • Green Pepper: Increases Luigi's durability.
    • Blue Pepper: Increases Luigi's speed.
  • Time Rewind: Luigi carries a weapon in large amounts into battle, allowing him to fiddle with time to an extremely high extent. Even more so than other time manipulators in the franchise.
    • Retry Clocks: Once Luigi is downed or even killed, a Retry Clock will activate, rewinding time back to the beginning of the fight. Luigi and his foe get all their items they used back, and are restored to peak physical condition. The only difference is that Luigi retains the memories of his defeat, while the enemy does not, allowing him to effectively save scum his way to victory--learning everything his foe will do beforehand. He can carry up to 99 of these.
  • Sports Equipment: Luigi has lots of sports equipment that can be used in tangent with many other things, or even as a stand-alone weapon.
    • Baseball Bat: A great bludgeoning weapon that Luigi can use Tornado Swing to aerokinetically enhance, but that's about it. Luigi has been known to use Power-ups in tangent with this weapon.
    • Hockey Stick: Another good bludgeoning weapon that can be enhanced via Tornado Swing. Luigi has been known to use Power-ups in tangent with this weapon.
    • Golf Club: Yet another good bludgeoning weapon that can be powered by the wind utilizing Tornado Swing.
    • Tennis Racket: Luigi's greatest bludgeoning weapon of the four, not only being one the the sturdiest, but can also be transformed into a more powerful hammer. Luigi has been known to use Power-ups in tangent with this weapon.
  • Battle Card: Cards Luigi can summon to turn the tide of battle. Their affects can range from nullifying attacks via barrier creation, bypassing conventional durability via magic, raising his stats whilst lowering his foe's, healing himself, etc. A card, however, can cost anywhere from one to nine Star Points, and Luigi only has thirty. In retaliation, Luigi can restore his Star Points by landing successful attacks on his foes.
  • Chaos Heart: Paper Luigi's most powerful artifact.
    • Dimensional Rip: The Chaos Heart calls forth The Void.
    • Protect: The Chaos Heart empowers the user with dark energy, protecting them from any and all harm and granting them infinite power.

    • Envelop: The Chaos Heart evelopes its user in dark power, granting them time manipulation, black hole creation, etc.
  • Candy: Luigi can eat a variety of different Candies, granting him a variety of awesome powers.
    • Red Candies: Candies effect Luigi's speed and/or his opponent's.
      • Twice Candy: Doubles Luigi's speed.
      • Thrice Candy: Triples Luigi's speed.
      • Slowgo Candy: Via time manipulation, Luigi halves his opponent's speed.
    • Green Candies: Candies effect Luigi's form offensively or strategically for a one-time use.
      • Springo Candy: Turns Luigi's legs into springs, allowing him to spring thousands of feet into the air.
      • Vampire Candy: Turns Luigi into a vampire, allowing him flight and the ability to bite and steal from enemies.
      • Cashzap Candy: Covers Luigi's body in electricity, granting him EXTREMELY potent Electrokinesis, capable of embodying electricity and/or striking his foes with lightning, or even trapping his foes between rapid lightning strikes.
    • Yellow Candies: Candies effect Luigi's form offensively or strategically for an extended amount of time.
      • Bowlo Candy: Turns Luigi into a ball, allowing him to bowl over his foes.
      • Bloway Candy: Turns Luigi into a tornado, allowing him to toss foes around violently by getting close to his foes.
      • Bitsize Candy: Turns Luigi into an 8-bit version of himself, allowing him to bash blocks as he moves, normally giving him coins.
      • Weeglee Candy: Splits Luigi into three, allowing him to sneak up on foes and stomp them and steal from them.
    • Blue Candies: Candies effect Luigi similarly to Yellow Candies, except they're more powerful.
      • Thwomp Candy: Turns Luigi into a large stone head of himself, and allowing him to crush all foes he comes across. Luigi is invulnerable in this form.
      • Duelo Candy: Covers Luigi's body in flames, doubling his speed and attack potency until he lands a hit on the foe, but in the process, halving his durability. If either Luigi or his foe lands a hit on one another, the effects end.
      • Bowser Candy: Transforms Luigi into a Bowser clone.
      • Bullet Candy: Transforms Luigi into a Bullet Bill that's more powerful than the average Bullet Bill.
  • Power-ups: Luigi carries many Power-ups along with him on his adventures. Some merely heal him, while some grant him alternate forms entirely.
    • Mushroom: Restores ⅓ of Luigi's health.
    • Fire Flower: Doubles Luigi's Pyrokinetic powers. In DiC, the fireballs home into the target, too.
    • Feather: Gives Luigi a cape that grants unhindered flight.
    • Ice Flower: Grants Luigi Cyrokinesis at absolute zero. He can throw iceballs to freeze foes, or outright touch them for the same treatment. Sometimes, ice can freeze onto the foe, lowering attack potency and durability.
    • Hammer Bro Suit: Clads Luigi in a black Hammer Brother suit, enabling him to toss a literal infinite amount of hammers at foes.
    • Penguin Suit: Clads Luigi in a penguin suit, enabling him Cyrokinesis, improved traction and the ability to slide along water. His swimming abilities are drastically enhanced as well.
    • Propeller Helmet: Using this, Luigi can soar higher with his jumps, and is granted the ability 'Drill Spin.' With this, Luigi can drill downwards with re-entry force, busting through his foe's defenses, dealing direct harm.
    • Tanooki Leaf: Gives Luigi a tanuki suit, granting him unhindered flight at Mach 30, as well as a powerful tail and the power to turn into an invincible--but immobilized--statue that harms any foe that touches it.
    • Super Acorn: Gives Luigi a squirrel suit, allowing him to lightly glide through the air.
    • Blue Shell: Luigi clads himself within a blue shell. By running, he can slip into his shell as it spins forward with sufficient enough force to shatter bricks upon contact. By hiding within it, he is completely immune to fire and has increased durability. In a crisis, this can be removed and thrown at his foe, it homing in on them and detonating atop of them.
    • Super Bell: Gives Luigi a cat suit, doubling his speed and stamina, as well as giving him razor-sharp claws. He can climb walls, scratch and pounce enemies, and even turn into an invincible--but immobilized--golden statue that harms anyone who touches it.
    • Double Cherry: Clones Luigi. He carries five of them.
    • Boomerang Flower: Clads Luigi in a Boomerang Brother suit, allowing him to toss boomerangs to his heart's content.
    • Spring Mushroom: Turns Luigi into a spring capable of bouncing twice as high as Mario's greatest jumps.
    • Bee Mushroom: Turns Luigi into a bee-clad version of himself, allowing him to very briefly fly.
    • Life Mushroom: Doubles Luigi's durability.
    • Boo Mushroom: Turns Luigi into a Boo capable of flight and turning intangible. This form is also immune to any harm; except for light and attacks from other ghosts.
    • Rock Mushroom: Grants Luigi Terrakinesis, allowing him to form a rock around him thus, turning him into a nigh-invulnerable rolling boulder.
    • Cloud Flower: Luigi's hat and overalls turn into puffy, white clouds. His weight is halved, thus, he can jump twice as high and twice as far. He can also spin up to three times, creating cloud platforms for him to stand on.
    • Max Candy: Completely restores Luigi's health and stamina.
    • Red Star: Grants unhindered flight for 50 seconds.
    • Mini Mushroom: Turns Luigi microscopic. This halves his strength and durability, but triples his speed.

    • Mega Star: Transforms Paper Luigi into an enormous pixel Luigi with invincibility and doubled strength and speed for 30 seconds.
    • Mega Mushroom: Turns Luigi into a skyscraper that's invincible w/ doubled strength and speed for 30 seconds.
    • Silver Fire Flower: Turns Luigi into solid silver that doesn't flinch from attacks anymore. He also gains the ability to shoot silver Fireballs that one-shot foes by turning them into lifeless silver. After hitting someone or something, the silver Fireball sends out a shockwave that extends five feet before dying out. Said shockwave has the same transmutative affects as the Fireball itself.
    • Rainbow Star: Grants invincibility and quadrupled strength, speed, jump height and jump distance all for 15 seconds.
    • Starman: Grants invincibility and quadrupled strength, speed, jump height and jump distance all for 30 seconds. In DiC, the Starman's power is an even larger increase than 4x (though it's unknown), and it lasts 60 seconds.
    • Boost Star: Allows Luigi to merely point at a foe or brick, instantly defeating or destroying them or it for 15 seconds.
    • White Tanooki Leaf: Grants unhindered flight at Mach 30 as well as invulnerability forever. However, this form is susceptible to poison.
    • 1-Up Mushroom: Can resurrect an ally with half health if they're already dead, or grant Luigi an extra life, allowing him to resuscitate after death with full health, restoring his body.
    • 3-Up Moon: Gives Luigi three extra lives.

NOTE: While some would argue that Super Paper Mario's highly controversial, "And in the end, it will consume all existence... All worlds, all dimensions." refers to the common synonym universe for dimension, there is plenty pointing otherwise. Dimension D is the piece of evidence to say they mean universe. What says it means space? Well, Merlon stating that The Void is a hole in the dimensional fabric of space, Bestovius being referred to as a dimensional governor that gives out the dimensional technique, said dimensional technique being one that flips the user between spatial dimensions, and, well, sense itself. Why? "And in the end, it will consume all existence... All universes, all universes..." < I'm sorry, but that just doesn't make sense. And besides, it consumes all existence and all dimensions, which would count as spatial as well due to the Marioverse abiding by String Theory. And finally there's the whole instance of the use of "jigen" in the Japanese text instead of "sunpou," which is using the correct version of dimension to refer to mathematical dimensions. It's pretty solid that they're referring to spatiotemporal dimensions.

NOTE #2: Luigi with the Chaos Heart is NOT as powerful as Super Dimentio. He's in the same category because of the Chaos Heart's infinite increase of power. Super Dimentio is MUCH stronger, but still in the same category.

NOTE #3: The following is a more in-depth explanation of why Luigi w/ the Chaos Heart is Low 1-B.

Tippi said: This sage was very wise and is even said to have written the Light Prognosticus... He was also a great magician who could control dimensions... The statements that were emboldened will come in handy later. Next...

The Light Prognosticus wrote: The Void will swallow all... Naught can stop it... unless the one protected by the dark power is destroyed. The hero with the power of eight Pure Hearts will rise to this task.

Now, please recall that Merloo wrote the Light Prognosticus. And he is saying that not even he can stop this prophecy. Of course, he controls dimensions--so Super Dimentio clearly has to be beyond his reach of power--a twelfth dimensional being.

Believe it or not, this is actually backed up by something else. And that something else is backed up by how the manipulation of the concept of death works.

The manipulation of death, as a concept, open wide opportunities. With this, you can instantly both kill an object and on the contrary, make it immortal, depriving it of the concept of death. In addition, you can kill even conceptually immortal beings, if your concept is stronger than the concept of a target.

Now, I'm proposing that Queen Jaydes has power over the concepts of life and death, and I'll be matching what she's done to the definition of the manipulation of life and death concepts.

Not only can she instantly kill Paper Mario in a game over (the one I'm proposing is 11-D), but she can also bring Luvbi back during the post-game, even though such a Nimbi never existed, and was merely a persona of the Pure Heart.

So, she has the power to both instantly kill a target and, on the contrary, make it immortal.

Now, she stands no chance against Super Dimentio--according to the definition itself, in order to not be able to kill someone, they simply must have a stronger concept.

And what's a stronger concept than higher dimensionality? Merloo supports it, and Jaydes supports Merloo. Heck, the Pure Hearts support it, as they have infinite power when in comparison to normal characters. This is all very consistent--and, it provides great reasoning for why the Chaos Heart and Pure Hearts were needed. Everything just... adds up.

NOTE #4: String Theory is divided into different theories. None are referred to simply as "String Theory." Allow me: Prior to 1995, theorists believed that there were five consistent versions of Superstring Theory (type I, type IIA, type IIB, and two versions of heterotic string theory). This understanding changed in 1995 when Edward Witten suggested that the five theories were just special limiting cases of an eleven-dimensional theory called M-Theory (the name behind it is for "membrane," or "mother of all string theories." Any version of string theory, by default, runs with M-theory). Thus, there are five versions of String Theory, all of which are connected to M-Theory. In Bosonic String Theory, space-time is 26-dimensional, while in Superstring Theory it is 10-dimensional, and in M-Theory it is 11-dimensional. Between these three, so we don't wank and so we don't downplay, M-Theory is the safest (and most likely) case the game had been referring to. And considering it didn't specify, simply calling it "String Theory," we would go by the safest and most likely case. In this case, M-Theory. Not to mention that Superstring Theory goes off of M-Theory either way, so we'd need specific statements to call it 10-D instead of 11-D. Which we do not have, unfortunately. This is why Mario characters are placed at 11-dimensional rather than 10-dimensional or 26-dimensional.

NOTE #5: The Standard key serves a different purpose than other keys. Unlike other keys, the Standard key draws from feats across the franchise for the sole purpose of scaling, and to make a key bent on consistency for Mario characters. This is why its attack potency is from several different games within entirely different genres. Its only purpose is to scale others from using the most consistent feats.
