Makima was the main antagonist of the Public Safety Saga. She was a high-ranking Public Safety Devil Hunter who took Denji in as her human pet, she is also the Control Devil

Makima should be able to continue living on through her innate ability as a devil to possess other humans. Capable of harming both the Darkness Devil, sending it into the ground; who is one of the primal fears of humanity, making more dangerous to even the Gun Devil itself and Pochita who is the devil that other devils fear the most with her telekinetic attacks)

Intelligence: Extraordinary Genius, As the leader of multiple devil extermination units, Makima has years of experience leading devil hunters against other foes, given her high rank. True to her nature as the Control Devil, manipulation and methodical calculations are core parts of her character to where she planned out everything that happened to Denji throughout Part 1, including the deaths of both Power and Aki in order to eventually break him. Omniscient with the Cosmos Devil. The Cosmos Devil's mind contains the sum of all the knowledge of the universe
Weakness: Her damage transference contract itself can also be bypassed by injuring/killing her without violent intent, which was a loophole that Denji was able to figure out to her down permanently by cannibalizing her in what he describes as an act of love, and wanting "to be one with her"
