Summary[]

Natsu Dragneel is member of the Fairy Tail and is the main character of the series that goes by the same name.

Having died 400 years ago after his village was attacked by dragons, Natsu would be resurrected by his older brother Zeref Dragneel as his most powerful Etherious, E.N.D (Etherious Natsu Dragneel). Natsu would eventually be raised and trained in the art of Fire Dragon Slayer Magic by Igneel, King of the Fire Dragons.

Natsu would be one of the 5 children chosen to head into the future from 400 years past with the purpose of defeating Acnologia, though due too unknown circumstances, the 5 children would be separated and Natsu would find himself alone until he was found by Makarov who offered him a place in Fairy Tail, where he would become a member.

One year after the events of the Tartaros Arc as well as the death of Igneel at the hands of Acnologia, Natsu would set out on a journey to become stronger, abandoning his guildmates only to return to find out that Fairy Tail had disbanded during his year-long absence. Alongside Lucy and Happy, Natsu sets out to rebuild Fairy Tail and just in time as Natsu and friends will face the strongest opponents they've ever fought in the form of the Alvarez Empire.

Stamina: Superhuman (Natsu has displayed great feats of stamina and endurance, been shown swap hands with multiple opponents simultaneously with little rest, Fought and defeated Gajeel with a broken arm that was pierced with iron shards. Was able to fight and defeat Cobra after an extended period of time despite the effects of his Poison Dragon Slayer Magic and would later defeat Zero despite sustaining his prior injuries from earlier fights. Even whilst not fully rested and still reeling from his injuries in the battle against Grimoire Heart, Natsu still battled with Acnologia alongside his guild mates. Even after sustaining internal damage from Guttman's explosions, he could still fight with little issue, Blocked Sting Eucliffe's strongest attack with single hand, emerging unscathed, this attack was able to encompass the entire arena with a massive explosion. Was able to keep fighting after sustaining damage from Jackal's explosions point blank. Even after being stabbed straight through the stomach by Animus, he was able to continue fighting without issue. Through the second day of the war against the Alvarez Empire, he fought Historia God Serena, Neinhart, Dimaria, and Gray in succession, then fought Zeref in a prolonged battle where he was greviously injured, and still had enough strength left to fight Acnologia for a significant period of time.)

Intelligence: Average normally (Natsu is bull-headed, headstrong and tends to not be aware of certain social cues as well as lacking common sense, despite this he has on certain occasions displayed bouts of intelligence, such as being able to trick Toby into using his paralysis claws against himself, discern that there was no-one living in a certain house. Natsu has also been shown to possess great insight on a person's emotions, being able to understand a person's mood based on their actions), Gifted in combat (In typical shounen protagonist fashion, Natsu's intelligence shines in situations regarding combat, being a skilled hand-to-hand combatant, utilizing his Fire Dragon Slayer Magic in tandem with a series pf punches, kicks and headbutts, was able to recognize that Yuka utilized magic-based anti-magic, exploited Cobra's super hearing by screaming really loud, overwhelming him and is able to fight without thinking. Natsu has displayed the ability to analyze the movements as well as subtle elements of opponents fighting style in the midst of combat including, the rhythm of one's breathing, the placement of their foot when attacking, even their stance when defending, allowing him to completely overwhelm Sting in close-quarters combat/ Natsu has also been shown to single-handedly take on entire armies of opponents with ease. As well, Natsu has shown himself to be an excellent leader, spearheading improvised tactics against powerful foes like Dorma Anim, being the head figure in the assault on Hades, as well as leading the charge in many battles in the war against the Alvarez Empire)

Weaknesses: As a Dragon Slayer, Natsu suffers from extreme motion sickness. Natsu cannot replenish his strength by eating his own fire. Natsu cannot resist fire that comes from other types of Slayer Magic such when he was damaged by Zancrow's Fire God Slayer Magic. Whilst Natsu can eat other elements, they'll usually make him ill in the long run, lack common sense at times.

Notable Attacks/Techniques::

Fire Dragon Slayer Magic: Natsu is adept with his Dragon Slayer Magic and makes use of it in many different ways in combat. As with all Dragon Slayers, he can consume his respective element, with the exception of that which he has created, to replenish his energy reserves. The heat of his fire can increase in temperature, which is proportional to Natsu's emotional state. Natsu subconsciously used this against Erigor; his flame's heat significantly rose as he got more enraged. This is also called the Flame of Emotion. He incorporates the flames he ignites into his fighting style, greatly increasing the damage of his blows. As such, Natsu's Magic revolves around the usage of fire that can spout from any part of his body. Natsu's ability to eat flames gives him immunity to most types of flames, including explosions, and allows him to spew fire from his lungs. This fire is exceptionally strong, thought to be equivalent to that of a real Dragon, being able to cleanly burn through metal and vaporize sand on contact. He can even use his flames to create a propulsive effect that allows him to fly. The type of fire he uses can be changed. For example, it can be solidified to cling to surfaces. Also, the sudden change in temperature caused by his rapid bursts of flame affects and manipulates nearby air currents.

  • Fire Dragon's Roar: Natsu's signature Dragon's Roar in which he quickly gathers and releases a large quantity of flames from his mouth at his target. Natsu can also use this spell to create a continuous stream of flames that appears as a wall of fire across a field.
  • Fire Dragon's Iron Fist: Natsu engulfs his fist in flames and punches his target. Natsu can also engulf both of his fists in flames and create a propulsive effect, granting him enhanced speed as he runs.
  • Fire Dragon's Claw: Natsu ignites his feet in flames, thereby increasing the power of his kicks. The flames can also be used for jet-propulsion purposes.
  • Fire Dragon's Wing Attack: Natsu rushes towards his target and grabs them, before subsequently setting hands ablaze, sending them flying. Natsu can also use this spell to ignite two streams of fire from his hands and swing said streams at the opponent, blowing them away.
  • Fire Dragon's Sword Horn: Natsu engulfs his entire body in flames and then propels himself against his opponent at high speed, hitting them with a powerful headbutt. Natsu can also end this spell by sending the enemy flying up in the air with a pillar of fire produced from his body.
  • Fire Dragon's Brilliant Flame: Natsu ignites both his hands in flames and then brings them together, creating a large fiery explosion. Natsu can also use this spell to create a large fireball to throw at his enemies.
  • Fire Dragon's Flame Elbow: Natsu creates a stream of fire from his elbow, propelling him forward and increasing the strength of his punches.
  • Fire Dragon's Crushing Fang: Natsu ignites one of his hands with flames and then swings it in a claw-like fashion at the target, leaving a flurry of flames in his wake.
  • Fire Dragon's Grip Strike: Natsu rushes towards his target and grabs them with his hand, and then while giving his attacking arm support, he releases a vast amount of destructive flames at point-blank range, burning the target with a big explosion.
  • Dragon God's Brilliant Flame: An enhanced version of Fire Dragon's Brilliant Flame, Natsu engulfs one hand in the flames from his Fire Dragon Slayer Magic, and the other in flames from Fire God Slayer Magic, and brings the two flames together, generating a highly destructive blast that is capable of destroying a large area, and defeating Zancrow, a member of the Seven Kin of Purgatory in one hit.
  • Crimson Lotus: Fire Dragon's Fist: Natsu rapidly punches his target, with his hands lit ablaze, creating a fiery explosion after each subsequent contact. Such a spell was shown to be able to defeat Gajeel Redfox, the Iron Dragon Slayer, who, at the time, was utilizing his Iron Dragon's Scales, as well as destroy the entire Phantom Lord Guild Building.
  • Crimson Lotus: Exploding Flame Blade: Natsu swipes his arms in a circular fashion, creating a powerful, and highly destructive, torrent of flames that barrages his target. Natsu habitually uses this spell as a finishing move, having employed against Laxus Dreyar at the end of their battle, used against Gildarts Clive as a finisher, which, notably, caused the mighty Mage to take a few steps back, and once more against Sting Eucliffe and Rogue Cheney, with which he completely overpowered the two, who were in Dragon Force, defeating them.
  • Planetary Flames: Exploding Flame Blade: An enhanced version of Crimson Lotus: Exploding Flame Blade. After consuming the core of Eclipsed Celestial Spirit King, Natsu ignites their fists with fire, as well as the aforementioned consumed energy, and then throws it towards their desired target, creating explosions upon colliding.

Dragon Force: This ability is said to be the final and most powerful state a Dragon Slayer can attain, and it has been said that their power becomes comparable to that of a real Dragon's. Dragon Force greatly increases the damage done by standard Dragon Slayer spells, and grants the user access to more advanced, powerful attacks. It also greatly enhances the user's physical prowess, speed, and considerably boosts their Magic Power, which becomes visible, taking the appearance of a Dragon. Dragon Force can be achieved by absorbing substances with powerful magical properties, such as Etherion or the Flame of Rebuke. After the battle against Tartaros, Natsu gained the ability to enter Dragon Force at will.

  • Hidden Fire Form - Crimson Lotus: Phoenix Blade: Natsu ignites his entire body with fire, and then charges towards the target, sending them into the air with a sharp uppercut. Natsu then, in a similar manner to Fire Dragon's Sword Horn, headbutts his target. This spell appears to be one of Natsu's strongest, as it was able to overpower Zero's strongest spell, Genesis Zero, something that Crimson Lotus: Exploding Flame Blade could not, although, this could be because Crimson Lotus: Phoenix Blade relies on piercing power, rather than explosive power. This destructively unstoppable spell was used to defeat Zero.

Lightning Fire Dragon Mode: After eating Laxus Dreyar's lightning and having the flames and lightning inside his body fuse together, Natsu gained the ability to use his Fire Dragon Slayer Magic enhanced with lightning. When in a state of anger, Natsu is able to summon forth this power, however, it leaves him heavily exhausted afterward. After unlocking his Second Origin, Natsu experiences a noticeably less amount of strain.

  • Lightning Fire Dragon's Roar: Natsu's alternate, lightning-enhanced version of his "Fire Dragon's Roar." Natsu gathers and combines lightning and fire in his mouth, subsequently releasing them in a large, destructive, sparking blast. This spell is capable of traveling great distances, wreaking havoc wherever it passes, as shown when it crossed half of Tenrou Island, generating a large explosion. A single use is enough to heavily strain Natsu's body and completely drain him of all his Magic Power; however, this lessened over time.
  • Lightning Fire Dragon's Iron Fist: Natsu's alternate version of his Fire Dragon's Iron Fist. Natsu engulfs his hand in lightning and flame, and, in addition to being burned after being struck, his opponents are also struck by a bolt of lightning.
  • Lightning Fire Dragon's Brilliant Flame: Natsu's alternate, more powerful version of his Fire Dragon's Brilliant Flame. Natsu engulfs his left hand in lightning and his right hand in flames, and, after bringing the two together, generates a large, destructive, sparking blast around his opponent.
  • Lightning Fire Dragon's Firing Hammer: Natsu engulfs his fist and forearm in fire and lightning and devastatingly strikes his opponent. Even with its power diffused by Minerva's defense, it was still strong enough to blow away most of the top floor of a large building.
  • Crimson Lotus: Exploding Lightning Blade: Natsu's alternate, lighting-enhanced version of his Crimson Lotus: Exploding Flame Blade. Natsu engulfs one hand in lightning and the other in flames. By swinging his arms around, Natsu creates a highly destructive vortex of fire and lightning, which greatly damages the opponent and pushes them away with tremendous force. This spell is powerful enough to defeat the almighty Guild Master of Grimoire Heart, Hades, in a single hit.

Fire Dragon King Mode: After a year of training, Natsu gained the ability to boost himself with the power of a Fire Dragon King. As a result of the sheer potency of the ability itself, before even properly utilizing the power to its fullest, the user radiates incredible heat. When the mode is activated, in a radius expanding meters, the ground itself becomes lit in a circular crimson inferno; bodies of water near the user, like a lake, quickly evaporates away, leaving nothing behind; and the clothes of anyone nearby burn off from the heat. Natsu's power in this form increases to the point that he could take down a member of the Spriggan 12 with a single blow.

  • Fire Dragon King's Destruction Fist: Natsu first charges his fist, releasing a huge amount of fire in the process. After a brief delay, he punches his target with immense force so strong, in fact, that it shatters even the biggest of his foes to pieces.
  • Fire Dragon King's Roar: An enhanced and empowered version of his Fire Dragon's Roar, that Natsu used to take down an entire battalion's worth of soldiers of the Alvarez Empire and destroyed a vast space of earth in the process.

Igneel's Power: After ten months of training to store and manipulate Igneel's remaining power bequeathed to him, Natsu is capable of using the Magic Power of the Fire Dragon King himself. During this time, a draconian tattoo appeared on his arm that served as the physical manifestation of the aforementioned Magic Power and when said power is activated, Natsu's fire becomes a dark shade of red. The Magic Power bestowed to Natsu is said to be the manifestation of Igneel's undying will, however, it is extremely finite, and once it runs out, the user can never utilize its power again. It was powerful enough to pummel Zeref senselessly and even completely incinerate forbidden Magic such as Ankhseram Black Magic. Natsu was kept from dealing the finishing blow by Happy out of concern for the latter's safety, leaving its ability to kill Zeref unknown.

E.N.D. Form: Natsu as an Etherious can access his demonic power after the mass of Magic in his chest was enlarged by Brandish's Command T. Like all Etherious, his desire to kill his creator in Zeref is activated; however, he still retains his ability to think and function properly to his will. His arms and facial features become more demonic, and his flames gain a darker appearance, while his attack power also increases. He has been seen to control it at will when he deactivated it after Erza stopped his battle with Gray. This demonic power was described to be strong enough to surpass the Gods due to Natsu being able to use it in order to move freely on his own while inside a time-distorted world made by Dimaria which was taught to her by the God of Time himself. This form also causes Natsu to become more bloodthirsty and angry, causing him to desire to kill Zeref above all else.

  • Demonic Fire Dragon's Pillars: Natsu slams his fist into the ground and creates multiple fire pillars from the ground and onto his target.

Dragonization: Natsu has shown the ability to activate his Dragonization on his own, which is a process that slowly turns Natsu into a Full Dragon. In this form, Natsu becomes more dragon-like by gaining a dragon claw, wing, and horn, while also having half his body get covered in dragon scales. While in this form, Natsu can fly at extreme speeds, and his fire can turn a blue shade. Natsu's power in this form increases beyond even his Dragon Force and he can completely overpower an Animus who had absorbed some of the Dragon Cry's power. Unlike most Dragonization's, Natsu did not stay in this form and all the features of the transformation reverted after he defeated Animus.

Savage Dragon Fire Form: When Natsu's "Flames of Emotion" surpass their limits, he can ignite his Soul and gain an immense increase in power greater than any of his previous forms, which also causes his Guild Mark to glow. When in this form, Natsu was able to completely overpower and defeat a Zeref who had absorbed the power of the Fairy Heart and gained access to the Time Magic of the Space Between Time. As well, Natsu was able to completely burn and negate both Zeref's Ankhseram Black Magic and Time itself at the same time while also being capable of slowing Zeref's Regeneration. The heat that Natsu generates in this form is so hot, that it can even damage Natsu himself, as after defeating Zeref, Natsu's arm was severely burned and damaged to the point that he couldn't use it anymore. Later, this form briefly fought and matched a Human Form Acnologia who had absorbed the Space Between Time's power, while also tanking several of his full powered attacks, which bewildered the Dragon King. This form is considered to be Natsu's "Full Power" and his strongest form when it comes to only his own power.

  • Blaze of Savage Emotions: Natsu's Savage Dragon Fire version of his "Fire Dragon King's Destruction Fist." Natsu charges up all his power and punches his opponent with a powerful blow that sends them flying. This attack incinerates everything in its path, being able to burn away Zeref's Ankhseram Black Magic and Time itself, as well as completely overpower Zeref even after he had absorbed the power of the Fairy Heart.

Seven Fire Dragons Mode: After accepting the powers of Gajeel, Wendy, Laxus, Cobra, Sting, and Rogue into himself, Natsu can enter a form stronger than all previous ones. In this form, Natsu has access to Fire, Iron, Sky, Lightning, Poison, White, and Shadow Dragon Slaying Magics, and can use them all simultaneously. The elements that Natsu absorbed can also be converted into a Rainbow Fire that Natsu can use to form a giant dragon fist. In the Manga, Dragon Force is also activated while Natsu is in this form. This form is so strong, it was able to defeat a Human Form Acnologia who had absorbed the Space Between Time's power, in one blow.

  • Seven Fire Dragon's King Fist: Combining the Dragon Slayer Magics of Fire, Iron, Sky, Lightning, Poison, White, and Shadow, Natsu creates a large burning dragon fist, and then strikes his opponent with it, which causes a huge impact and explosion.
