Summary
Negation is a very broad ability. It is basically the ability to negate certain traits or abilities of another. It encompasses things like, Power Nullification, Anti-Regeneration, etcetera. It could be passive, active or otherwise. This power heavily fluctuates depending on the user and the verse.
There's a difference between being able to nullify something and being able to bypass something. Bypassing involves using a power that's strong enough to overwhelm the ability to be bypassed (like a hax ability for a godly regeneration, or a more powerful mind manipulator for mind resistance). Negation involves using a power oneself to instantly shut down an ability of another, whether its a power, resistance, or state of being (fully dependent on the type)

Limitations
- Using this ability doesn't stop the opponent from killing the user with any other non-negated techniques, especially if the negated ability was regeneration or immortality due to the passive nature of the power.
