Neptune, also known as Purple Heart, is the main character of Hyperdimension Neptunia: The Animation. She acts as the CPU of the nation Planeptune and is also the older sister of Nepgear.
Her human form looks and acts childish in stark contrast with her goddess form which not only looks older, but is also more of a cool and mature type.

Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Weapon Mastery (Of swords), Acrobatics (Can preform various midair movements, further helped by her ability to create glyphs midair), Psuedo-Flight (Via usage of glyphs midair), Immortality (Type 1 and possibly 8; as a goddess, she cannot age, as age does not apply to goddesses. Based on her statements in episode five, she implies that goddesses cannot perish so long as they have a connection to Share Energy.), Self-Sustenance (Types 1, 2, and likely 3; Can survive and breathe in space. CPUs have repeatedly displayed a lack of need for breathing in several continuities. As noted and displayed in Victory/RB3, CPUs do not require sustenance to stay alive and cannot starve to death. Likely the same as Lost Purple Purple Heart due to seemingly being the HDD of a level downed CPU Neptune in addition to Attack Reflection (Reflected Level Trick's level down attack right back at the user), Accelerated Development (Leveling; Physical Stats; her level and stats skyrocketed upon transformation, jumping from level 12 to 99, with other numbers (presumably her stats) also becoming drastically higher)
Abilities that, while not necessarily displayed by her, all goddesses in Neptunia should have by virtue of simply being a goddess. For the sake of not being totally broken the usage of this tabber in VS matches is optional and by default shall be restricted. If used though, she will have the following abilities in addition to abilities for the key being used:

Could force HDD Rei to actively guard with her wings against her attacks, with Rei being stated to have energy capable of destroying the world, and later stating she could blow up half of the world whilst heavily weakened, and could dent her guard. Weaknesses: Incredibly lazy and generally doesn't plan. (Base CPU Neptune only, not a known issue for Older Neptune nor is it an issue for Purple Heart) Her Goddess Powers are powered by the Share Energy of her nation she rules: Planeptune. So if her Share Energy were to be drained (or her connection is cut off) then her transformation will be canceled out. She also hates Eggplants to an astounding degree where one time when she was being attacked by flying eggplants, she immediately stopped her transformation and ran away. However, if the eggplant is modified in some way so it no longer resembles an eggplant (like being extremely enlarged) or is some emotion is winning over dislike (such as rage or determination), Neptune won't be phased by it.

- Hard Drive Divinity (HDD): Due to Neptune's status as a goddess, she is able to draw power from share energy and transform into her goddess form: Purple Heart. Neptune gains many benefits from her goddess form, not limited to just being all around more powerful than before.
- Share Energy Resonance: An ability of share energy named in episode 5 of the anime by Arfoire. This ability is activated by goddess reinforcing belief in themselves and/or other goddesses. Share Energy Resonance exponentially increases the amount of shares for a period of time, which goddesses gain power exponentially in turn from shares. This ability is shown to be capable of covering an entire island in energy and giving goddesses an aura that is blue and purple as shown when the CPU Candidates triggered this ability. This ability allows goddesses to maintain a connection to Share Energy even if it'd normally be completely sealed off for them. Share Energy Resonance, going off the episode title, acts a limit break for goddesses, allowing CPU Candidates to go from being stomped by an enemy that has a direct counter to shares and had an amp on top of that (Having stolen the 4 main CPU's powers by draining their energy. With one CPU alone being superior to a CPU Candidate) to being the ones doing the stomping. (So overall, at least over 4 times stronger, likely significantly higher)
- Cross Combination: Neptune assaults her opponent with a combination of slashes.
- Dual Edge: Neptune attacks her opponent with a powerful horizontal slash, sending even foes a decent bit more powerful than her flying away.
- Blaze Break: Neptune coats her sword in flames before swinging it, sending multiple fireballs at her target.
- Victory Slash: Neptune prepares a glyph to launch herself off of as a V in blazing energy appears behind her before she launches herself at her target to slash at them in an manner that, if anything like the game's version of the attack, is a set of slashes in the form of a V. This is one of anime Neptune's strongest attacks.
- Multiple Beam Launcher: Lilac COOL Purple Heart only. In the Nep's Summer Vacation OVA, Purple Heart can utilize a powered up version of her younger sister's Multiple Beam Launcher, of which she uses alongside her during the events of the aforementioned OVA. In the attack, (what is presumably) share energy is charged for a few seconds in her gunblade before being fired off as multiple beams that quickly merge into one, far larger beam that flashes in the colors of a rainbow as it strikes the target(s), causing an explosion.
