Rimuru Tempest, formerly known as Mikami Satoru, is the main protagonist of Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken. He is an otherworlder, reincarnated into the Cardinal World. Due to his bright and strong Soul, he retained all of his memories of his past life, and in accordance to his wish, he was reincarnated in a compatible race, a Slime.
He later became the founder of the Monster Nation of Tempest, the "Jura Tempest Federation". His rule over his nation is not of Tyranny, but one through mutual trust that his subordinates put in him as their Lord.
Later on, he would also become a Demon Lord, join the Council of the Ten Great Demon Lord, later renamed as Octagram, and will be its Eighth Seat, the Rising Star. After time, he would also become a True Dragon, Ultimate Slime, or in full name Dragon Demon Viscous Star Divine Body , and attain the title of the Chaos Creator as the sole Great Demon Lord.
