Sage Centipede is a massive centipede-like monster who awakened after Garou's fight with Platinum Sperm. He claims to be the avatar of Father Earth, who has come down alongside Evil Ocean Water to fight and destroy the"abominable fist that has turned against god". He is later fought and defeated by Garou, who splits him in half.
