Sage Centipede is a colossal centipede-like monster, standing atop even Elder Centipede as the fourth of his kind to appear in One-Punch Man. He was born from the remains of the Monster King Orochi, left over from his battle with the Hero Association, and sent as an Incarnation of the Earth to bring divine retribution to the "The Abominable Fist That Has Turned Against God."

Weaknesses: His regeneration relies on his heart. If destroyed, he can't regenerate anymore. He also became very desperate to retrieve it when Garou ripped it out of his body, so much so that he chased it into the exosphere, putting himself in the perfect position for Garou to split him in half.
