Summary[]
In the 2018 series She-Ra and the Princesses of Power, She-Ra is the heroic identity of Adora, a young woman raised by the Horde and trained as a soldier to fight the Rebellion on Etheria. Adora grows up believing the Horde stands for justice and order until she stumbles upon a magical sword that transforms her into the warrior She-Ra, revealing the truth about the Horde’s oppression. Meeting Glimmer, Bow, and others in the Rebellion, Adora realizes the harm the Horde has caused and decides to fight alongside the Princesses of Power to free Etheria from their control. This decision places her in conflict with her old life, especially with her childhood friend and fellow Horde soldier, Catra.
