Shikyoh is a savage serial killer who used the chaos from the portal to Hell opening in order to kill as many people as he wanted. He was eventually caught and thrown into the portal to Hell by Kojiroh Sanada.
Shikyoh would eventually return once the portal to Hell opened under a demonic form named Mukuro.
