The damage reduction was rely with "Depends" due to alternatives features. Here is from Tapliasmy and here is from JustJoeKing. Sky Screamer from the first one doesn't appear to manifest the damage reduction unlike the second. Although, other contents Sky Screamer also doesn't manifest the damage reduction. Therefore, it falls in depends. |
