Solaris is a character that appears in Archie Comic's Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs. He was the god of time, light, and fire who was worshiped by the residents of Soleanna, hailing it as their patron deity and held an annual ceremony to ask for its loving light and not its destructive fire.

Solaris endured multiple attacks from Super Sonic and possibly Super Shadow and Super Silver and can also endure its own attacks, which have these effects.)

Attack Potency: Complex Multiversal (9D. Was reformed with the Chaos Emeralds, and began devouring space-time as soon as he woke up. Was stated by WoG to be the same as his game counterpart and is overall implied to be virtually the same character and to have exactly the same powers. Was stated by Dr.Eggman that he was an extra-dimensional lifeform which would consume all existing timelines and destroy the very meaning of time itself, turning everything into nothing. Fought agaist Super Sonic and possibly Super Shadow and Super Silver though they weren't metioned to fight Solaris in his page in The Complete Sonic Encyclopedia, with Silver's backstory in the Archie Continuity being different that the one in shown in '06), higher with its Phoenix From (It's second form is noted to be stronger with a "fierce offense". Its attacks can stop Super Sonic's Arrow of Light

Durability: Complex Multiversal (Solaris's cosmic armor is capable of no-selling non-charged attacks from Super Sonic (& possibly Super Shadow and Super Silver), requiring him to use charged attacks to harm Solaris), far higher in its Phoenix form (Was no longer able to be harmed by the Super State's attacks, as they had to resort to attacking its will within its core. Said core is able to withstand its own attacks being hurled back at itself by Super Silver) and with forcefields (Solaris' forcefields are able to easily withstand charged attacks from Super Sonic (& possibly Super Shadow and Super Silver), aswell as its own attacks)
