Summary[]
The ability to manipulate aspects of speed.
Possible Uses[]
- Speed Augmentation: The power to enhance the speed of oneself and/or others in order to reach speeds that were otherwise unattainable.
- Inertia Manipulation: Users can manipulate inertia, the amount of resistance matter has to a change in motion or rest, increasing, decreasing and/or maintaining it. They can increase object’s inertia, to make an immobile object immovable, or to make a mobile object unstoppable. They can also reduce an object’s inertia, making an object easier to accelerate, decelerate or change direction.
- Trajectory Manipulation: The power to control a object’s speed and path once as it is in motion, allowing the projectile to curve around barriers and obstacles to reach targets, attack at unsuspecting angles and blind-spots, confuse opponents as it keeps moving around before making the unexpected strike, and have it gain momentum and piercing power by flying around.
- Speed Cancellation: The ability to negate the speeds of others, bringing them to a halt.
- Speed Theft: The ability to steal the motion or momentum from objects or people to reduce their speed and potentially stop them, while users enhance their own movements by compounding the stolen kinetic energy with their own.
- Speed Infusion: Users can charge the potential speed of target (whether object or person) to a specific magnitude, and after it reaches a desired speed, hitting the target will move at the speed it was charged at, regardless of how hard it was hit.

Limitations[]
- Intangible forces such as Time may be beyond a user’s control
- The overall effectiveness of the user’s abilities depend upon their knowledge, skill, and strength of the user, and their power's natural limitations.
