The Employer's avatars was showed to have paradoxal nonexistence as well as being non-corporeal and are immune to conventional damage via being made out of some non-physical material, they are still capable of physically doing various things, like holding weapons, punching enemies and wearing items such as the Halo.)
- Soullessness (Auditor and the other Employers lack S-3LF, which is essentially the Madness' equivalent to what a soul is.)
- Acrobatics[5]
- Perception Manipulation (Passive; Is described to have a "Bizarre Smell", which can force people to plunge their own noses[6].)

Possibly Mid-Godly; His physiology is superior to the average Nevadan, Normal people who die in Nevada can come back to life, even after their essence has been merged into the Other Place as S-3LF energy. They can also reform themselves from their own essence while within the Other Place.)
- Social Influencing (Leadership & Charisma; Is a skilled leader of the Agency Against Hank Wimbleton organization, and people work on him for his own benefit[22]. Is able to successfully recruit people like Dr. Christoff and make them work for himself[23].)
- Corruption (Type 1; Corrupted the Halo when he first wore it[26]. He also brainwashed two ATP Agents[27].)
- Life Manipulation & Necromancy (Brought a Mag Agent to life[28].)
- Power Bestowal & Statistics Amplification (People who are corrupted by him become more powerful and competent in combat[29].)
- Immortality Negation (Types 2, 3, 4, 8, & 9; The Auditor's power was capable of allowing Hank to permanently kill both of Deity Tricky's forms.)

- Multiple Selves (Type 3) & Deconstruction (Able to deconstruct things with his fire. He can also separate fire from himself to perform a certain action[36].)
Resistance to:
- Absolute Zero & Durability Negation (Is unaffected from the sun being completely destroyed, plunging Nevada into darkness[37].)

- Reality Warping, Matter Manipulation, Durability Negation, Mind Manipulation, Madness Manipulation, Corruption (Type 3 and 1) , Power Nullification & Radiation Manipulation (The keystone fragment works on and channels dissonance energy, which is corrupting force that can warp reality, deconstruct Matter, and distort the mind of others. Dissonance is also described as radiation. Dissonance energy can also negate Project: Gestalt's shielding and weaken his stats. Dissonance can completely destroy targets, Christoff himself seemingly became corrupted from usage of dissonant reality and it even changed his appearance. In both games every single dissonance-based attacks also consistently portrayed being able to ignore tac-bars and hit their targets through them, essentially ignoring said tac-bars, which is an ability that allows to someone instinctively avoid enemies' attacks, dissonant attacks also can ignore Christoff's telekinetical attack reflection and damage him through this defense)
- Probability Manipulation, Spatial Manipulation, Higher-Dimensional Manipulation (4-D) , Gravity Manipulation, Physics Manipulation, Transmutation, Reality Warping, Logic Manipulation & Weather Manipulation (The Improbability Drive gives control over Reality and Probability to make improbable things happen.[52] When doing this it changes gravity repeatedly and breaks the laws of physics[53], on one occasion creating falling whales and giant marshmallows in the sky before turning the sun itself into a normal grunt[54]. - Information Manipulation (Type 2; Was able to provide The Machine's prime code to Director Phobos[63], which manifests all of reality from own body, including even abstract aspects of existence[64])
- Acausality (Type 4)
Attack Potency: At least City Block Level (Is one of the strongest characters within the verse, is superior to Mag Agents, who are described as being the most strongest creatures within the Nevada. Consistently shown to be superior to the likes of Hank and his allies[Statistics Values 1].) Star Level with the Improbability Drive (The Improbability Drive Allows the user to warp reality and cause improbable things to happen, though its effects don't seem fully controllable. A separate Improbability Drive caused the Sun to turn into a human, causing the sky to permanently darken[65]) | At least City Block Level (Stronger than before, matched Mag Hank in combat, after the later received an amp from the Halo.) higher with Absorption (Can absorb others to empower himself[66], he grew larger and more powerful from doing this. Soon became far bigger than Mag Agents. Can create buildings from fire with his body[67].) High Multiverse Level+ (His true form exists as an entire universe[68], and he is described as being conceptual in nature and is the embodiment of hell. He is also described to be 5-Dimensional[Statistics Values 2])
Speed: FTL, at most Infinite (Is superior to the likes of Hank) | FTL, at most Infinite | Immeasurable (Is an entire universe)
Lifting Strength: At least Class M (Stronger than Hank, who casually tore off a Soldat's jaw, which would require this much force, and bended a Metal Pipe. He is vastly superior to Mag Agents like Project: Gestalt, who was able to lift up a large compression press) | At least Class M | Immeasurable (Is entire world and is higher dimensional)
Striking Strength: At least City Block Class | At least City Block Class | High Multiversal+
Durability: At least City Block Level, Regeneration, Immortality, Layered Intangibility & Non-Corporeality, & Nonexistent Physiology make him extremely hard to kill | At least City Block Level, Regeneration, Immortality, Layered Intangibility & Non-Corporeality, & Nonexistent Physiology make him extremely hard to kill | High Multiverse Level+, Regeneration, Immortality, Layered Intangibility & Non-Corporeality, & Nonexistent Physiology make him extremely hard to kill
Stamina: Superhuman, possibly Infinite
Range: Extended Melee Range, up to Hundreds of Meters with firearms and Absorption/Telekinesis, Stellar with the Improbability Drive | Omnipresent (As stated here he is the size of an entire universe)
Standard Equipment: | |
|
- M134
Intelligence: At least Gifted, possibly higher (The Auditor is a very pragmatic and skilled fighter and is a skilled marksman, being shown to be skilled with several weapons such as machine guns, rocket launchers, machetes. Auditor is a skilled close quarters fighter and uses strategy and fights very tactically against people like Hank. As Employer, he'd likely have knowledges about the universe for hundreds or perhaps millennia years of worthy experience, since Employers have been around before the existence of the universe and maintaining its stability, with The Employer's very nature being implied to exist on higher dimensions and being stated to be "Stewards" and "Dark Angels" of The Machine. The Auditor is a skilled leader of the Agency Against Hank Wimbleton organization, and is skilled with a lot of advanced technology, such as the Improbability Drive as he is competent enough to use the Drive to its full power. Within the Agency Against Hank Wimbleton organization, he spreads his own power across Nevada with usage of said organization, while also remaining to stay in the shadow and to be unknown to the majority of Nevada. He masterminded most of events of the series, and seems to not have any problems with logistics and commanding of his own large army.)
Weaknesses: Seems to be cocky and arrogant, and often prefers to hold own power against lower mortals. He is weak to dissonant energy to the point where he was unable to do anything against Nexus-Core and Director Phobos - A group which actively uses said energy. This is also likely a reason how Hank was able to damage Auditor with new power after he gained halo, since Halo works on dissonant | The Auditor must absorb others constantly to keep himself stable | Same as before, but without absorbing
