Summary[]
The End is a mysterious and malevolent entity that acts as the true villain in Sonic Frontiers
The End desires only one thing; to bring everything to nothing. It rampaged throughout the universe destroying countless stars and world and would eventually reach the home world of the Ancients which would would also fall victim to The End but not before a small group of Ancient were able to escape the destruction of their home world. The End would eventually follow the Ancients to Earth but this time they were prepared to combat The End with their newly constructed Titans. Despite the resistance the Ancients gave, The End could not be defeated by them, so they resorted to sealing it within Cyber Space.
The End would be awakened after tens of thousands of years due to the meddling of Dr. Eggman with the Ancients' technology. It would eventually encounter Sonic and impressed with his ability to escape Cyber Space with his own power, would trick him into destroying the Titans and breaking the seals on The End's prison with Sonic unaware of the cataclysmic force that he is about to unleash on all creation.

It refers to itself as the "orchestrator and arbiter of order in the universe", and that its infinite light is judgement as it melts all things and returns them to primordial dust. To defeat it, Sonic had to "transcend law and time")
