Summary[]
Axel Palmer, posing as the Second Miner from Harry Warden was a kid who witnessed his father's death due to Harry and developed childhood trauma. Harry Warden died in the late '70s (1976) so Axel poses as the killer and starts murdering others after his gf, Sarah Mercer, broke up with him leaving him broken. At the end of the film he cuts off his own arm running away yelling to the Late Harry Warden that he'd joined him (possibly referring to him dying but it's unknown). He also states the others would be killed by him.

Was fine a few minutes after a cave collapsed on him, this should break bones (25.0211 KJ). Withstood hits from a large rock to his back and his ribs. Also withstood hits from a shovel to his ribs and his head (1508 to 39,440 J) (Scaled from this). Should have higher durability than Harry who survived a close attack from an explosion (76.4 KJ).)
