The Spot is the primary antagonist in Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse. He was originally a scientist working on Kingpin's super collider but when Miles Morales blew it up while he was still inside, the combination of that and the encased substance he was holding changed and mutated his body giving him many abilities at the cost of affecting his life in tragic ways. He blamed Miles for the accident and now wants revenge.
