Summary[]
The ability to stop time, freezing opponents in the vicinity while users themselves are unaffected. In stopped time, characters can attack immobile opponents, set up special attacks, and dodge attacks that would otherwise be too swift to evade.
Characters may be only able to halt time for only a few seconds or less, up a few minutes or hours, years, or even indefinitely.
