Piccolo's telekinetic earthquakes
Feat here.
- I'll be using the method in this blog
- The desert Piccolo was in surrounds the area Gohan was in, but it can't be seen even on top of one of the pillar-like mountains.
- Calculating the distance to the horizon, I'll use the standard elevation of China, being 1840 meters. The reason for this is that Gohan's area is shown to be near the places in the first arc of OGDB, which are based off of China.
T-Rex: 180.1 px = 12.3 m
Panel height: 2400 px
Distance from point of view to object = object size * panel height in pixels/[object height in pixels*2*tan(70deg/2)]
12.3 * 2400/[180.1*2*tan(70deg/2)] = 117.043 m
117.043+1840 = 1957.043 m (total height above sea level)
Distance to Horizon: 157,926 meters.
Going off of this, I'd say the Earthquakes were …
Aoko can destroy an old school building
Feat here.
- 1 Volume
- 1.1 Main body
- 1.2 Roof
- 1.3 Total
- 2 Yield
Door: 38 px = 2.2 m
Two floors: 125 px = 7.24 m
Roof height: 72 px = 4.17 m
Protruding front width: 163 px = 9.44 m
Protruding front depth: 14 px = 0.81 m
Half of building length: 575.7 px = 33.33 m
Row of windows: 191 px = 11.06 m
Using half of the "two floors" result from the previous image:
Hallway height: 246 px = 3.62 m
Hallway width: 179 px = 2.634 m
Assuming the "row of windows" is the same as the width of one classroom:
School depth: (2.634+11.06) = 13.7 m
School width: (33.33*2) = 66.66
School height: 7.24 m
7.24*66.66*13.7 = 6611.8721 m3
And for the protrusion:
Protrusion width: 9.44 m
Protrusion depth: 0.81 m
Protrusion height: 7.24 m
7.24*0.81*9.44 = 55.36 m3
For the main part, first I'll get the area of the fron…
Some Fate/stay night calcs
Most people would calc this by using the minimum size for a mountain, but we know that Fuyuki is in the Ōita Prefecture, and we have a list of every mountain in the region.
I listed all the heights in a text file, and inputting them into an average calculator gives us an average mountain height of 2996.88 ft or 913.45 meters.
Height: 517 px = 913.45 m
Diameter: 1849 px = 3266.8647 m
Radius: (3266.8647/2) = 1633.43235 m
Volume: 2.55221e15 cm3
Fragmentation (8 J/cm3): 2.042e16 or 4.88 Megatons of TNT (Small City level+)
Original calc here.
I'm just going to use the average of all the cloud parameters instead of the low and high ends, as well as using the PS2 opening for the timeframe.
Dispersion Radius (Low-End): 898 meters
Dispersion Radius (High-End): 449…
Shiki Ryougi dodges an explosion (recalc)
This blog didn't pixel scale to compare Shiki's speed to the explosion, so I decided to do that here using these two frames. All the information is there.
Distance moved by the Explosion: 286 px
Distance moved by Ryougi: 414.5 px
414.5 / 286 = ~1.45
For the explosion speed, I'll use this page and this site to get an average of 7021.212766 m/s or Mach 20.47.
20.47*1.45 = Mach 29.6815 (High Hypersonic)
Gonna also calculate Shiki's jump force like I have in some of my previous blogs.
Using Shiki's height and weight of 160 cm and 47 kg respectively, along with this site to get the length of her leg (being 74.7 cm):
a = v^2 / (2*d)
(29.6815*343)^2 / (2*0.747) = 69376012.1749 m/s2
F = m*a
47*69376012.1749 = 3260672572.22 Newtons or 332.496 Kilotons of force…

- Mech-Hisui fires lasers that are called beams of light and consistently behave as lasers should.
- Hisui's height is 156 cm.
- Video here.
First to get the laser's "apparent speed".
Mech-Hisui: 248 px = 1.56 m
Laser travel: 219 px = 1.3776 m
The laser traveled this far in 1 frame, with the video and game running at 60 fps.
1.3776 / (1/60) = 82.656 m/s "apparent" speed.
Now for her combat speed.
Using this site and Hisui's height of 1.56 m, we can get a forearm length of 0.368 m and a total arm length of 0.661 m. This blog already has the pixel scalin…
