That bubble guy is about seven times Spongebob's height, or 28 inches,

What exactly the goo bubble is made of isn't known, but I've used Gak (Another Nickelodeon product), Oil (Since some Nick websites state the bubble is polluted), and Brine Water (Since it came from Goo Lagoon, which is a brine lake.) for comparisons.
