I used the frame by frame player and i've come to the conclusion that the black-out happened in 3,99s. So i will be using it.

1.830.000 * 3,99 = 7.301.700
1.548.120 / 660.929 = 2,3423393436
7.301.700 / 8.258.000 = 0,88419714217
Now, its time to convert kWh = Joules
2,3423393436 * 160.000.000 = 1.34918746189e15 Joules
0,88419714217 * 160.000.000 = 5.0929755389e14 Joules
