Character Stats and Profiles Wiki

In the past, we have encouraged users to create new pages for powers and abilities they thought the wiki lacked. However, as of now, we want new pages to be approved by the staff, meaning that new powers and abilities pages must be suggested. This can be done in our official Discord server in the suggestion channel, or messaged to a staff member. Of course, users can always create blogs about powers and abilities to include in their profiles if they don't want to attempt creating official pages. Linking to other wikis' powers and abilities pages is also permitted.

Character Stats and Profiles Wiki

This was inspired by Mat Content World (Here) so show him support. These will be my opinion so if you don't agree let me know why. Thanks! (This page was remade on May 28th, 2025 due to the blog not being used before).

This will include theories and talk about possible future Ghost faces. We may include the original script Ghost faces but i'm not sure. I'll also add Scary Movie 1 for fun.

Scream (1996)[]

Maureen's Killer[]

Maureen is confirmed to be killed by both Stu and Billy but who likely killed her?

Billy; Billy is shown more aggressive towards Sidney's mother as he said the following quotes; "I'm gonna rip you up, you bitch! Just like your fucking mother!", "Fucker! Say hello to your mother!", & "Your slut mother was fucking my father. And she's the reason my mother moved out and abandoned me. How's that for a motive?" Billy was sent to kill Maureen by Roman after he showed Maureen to be a cheater.

Both; In the original script both Billy and Stu were Molested by Maureen so it's possible they both did the final blow. This was removed however.

Result; Billy. While both attacked Billy likely killed her.

Steven's Kidnapping[]

We never see this so there isn't a lot of hints but here's what I think.

It takes place on a school day meaning he likely had to stay after school for football related things. He also still has his costume on (Here), after practice or a game he would have gone to the lockers to shower and change. He could also just be wearing it but that's less likely since this is based on real life.

Billy Loomis; Billy is described as a "star quarterback" so he could have connections to Steven. It's likely Billy was waiting in the locker rooms after practice and knocked him out. Also no one would suspect him for being in the locker room after school, it would also explain how he is strong enough to knock Steven out. The motive would make since as Billy is unfaithful (was shown to be cheating on Sidney in Scream 5 as Samantha is his daughter and child of Christina Carpenter) and he probably wanted to get rid of "Competition", he also flirts with girls at the video store later on. Stu's motive for wanting to get his ex's boyfriend makes sense but he'd likely rather kill Steven instead.

Stu Macher; Based on feats and the fact he is the main killer (The person making the calls are usually the masterminds) it's likely he did it. However Steven wouldn't be alone in the locker room so Stu being there would be weird. The person who did this was likely in costume and likely hiding but with cameras it would be less suspicious if Billy went in without a costume (and he'd know camera placements). Also Billy wouldn't need a costume as they planned on covering his mouth so he wouldn't be able to tell anyone.

Both; It's possible Stu waited outside and came in to help Billy as Steven is a Jock which would make him strong and athletic. One could have been a distraction while the other knocked them out with an object or they teamed up on him.

Result; I personally choose Billy or Both. I just can't see Stu doing it by himself.

Casey's Attack[]

The caller[]

The caller calls Casey to taunt her then he makes a threat to play a game which leads the other to kill Steven.

Either: The killer loves horror movies which was proven to be both Stu and Billy. The killer quickly gets aggressive which Stu and Billy both do during their final confrontation. The killer is the mastermind meaning he'd have to be smart. They don't know if Casey has a caller ID so they could have caller her using different phones.

Stu; Stu has two good quotes to support him; "See it's a fun game Sidney. We ask you questions and if you get one wrong, BOO-GAH, you die." & ''Watch a few movies, take a few notes. It was fun!'' This shows his love for horror movies and how he threatens Sidney's life with a "Game", his use of We implies he has made a call so it's possible he was one of them. Stu implies the third act of the film was planned by him due to him explaining it and how joyful he is for it. Stu knows Casey more so he would known she is bad with horror movies.

Billy; Billy is the mastermind as he wanted to kill Maureen and used Stu as an accomplice. Billy gives out the line; "Sure it is, Sid. It's all, it's all a movie. It's all? One great big movie, though you can't pick your genre." which shows his love for horror movies and he said it playfully showing a love for violence. Another quote is "It's called GUESS HOW I'M GONNA DIE!". No, no, no. We already played that game, remember? You lost". One quote that seals the deal is how quick to anger Billy is as shown when he yells; "I'm gonna rip you up, you bitch! Just like your fucking mother!" & his other famous line ''Now Sid, don't you blame the movies! Movies don't create psychos, movies make psychos more creative!"

Result; Billy. Steven's death has more proof for Stu and he would have been out of breath by the time he talked with Casey and the way he talks give off the impression of someone else. Also there is only one voice changer but he could have deepened his voice altho this is likely not the case.

Steven's Death[]

Steven gets disemboweled after Casey answers a question about horror movies trivia wrong.

Stu; Stu stated he knows how to gut someone as he said ''You take a knife and you slit 'em from groin to sternum.'' He likely killed Steven to torment Casey more because he was jealous she dumped him. This is evidenced when Sidney asked if they (Casey and Stu) dated and Stu's demeanor changed for a moment and he stated "Yeah, for like two seconds." He later talks to Randy in the rental store trying to convince him Billy is innocent, this happens because Randy was suspicious of Stu earlier (he asked if the police were aware he dated Casey) so he'd want to change his mind (He also didn't want Billy taking credit). Stu also states only a man could gut someone, this is because men produce more testosterone (which helps build muscles) and that makes men taller on average which would mean longer arms.

Billy; There is no good proof except for wanting to kill him so he'd have a chance to have sex with other women as they wouldn't gush over Steven. The students also left in the third act to see a dead body so he could have gloated about knowing Steven before he'd died which likely lead to some women wanting to question him about it, they also find him attractive and wouldn't miss a chance to get into his pants (or at least try to). Billy also implies to know how to gut someone as he says ''No, you listen little bitch! You hang on me again and I'll gut you like a fish, understand?!''

Result; Stu, as explained above there is more proof for Stu as the killer and Billy as the caller. The killer is the same one who destroyed the doors, this is more proof for Stu as he wants to scare Casey and torment her.

Window Jumpscare[]

Casey gets jumpscared at the window by Ghost face who destroys the glass to attack Casey but gets knocked back by a punch.

Stu; Following this the killer kills Casey so it's likely they could be the same (will explain more in another section). Comparing head butts with Sidney's attacker and the one that broke the glass they look kind of the same.

Billy; Stu went in through the glass doors he just broke and would have unlocked the door for Billy (Stu is the stronger and faster of the two so him going first makes since). Also Billy talks about locking doors implying he got in and is hiding close to the front door which is opposite from the backdoor. As shown here (kinda off screen as Casey looks away) Ghost face is in the kitchen which is where Billy would have gone as Stu would likely expected her to go upstairs (he does the same in Sidney's attack, more about that later). They both assumed she was inside, Billy likely planned to chase her upstairs where she would lock herself in the room to where Stu would ambush her and get his revenge. The grunt is a deeper one with Billy having a deeper voice than Stu.

Result; Either. Based on the other attacks it was likely Billy but could be Stu.

Casey's Death[]

Casey attacks Ghost face and runs away before being tackled and killed.

Either; She is killed with the killer using one hand which Billy and Stu are shown to do when stabbing each other.

Billy; Billy was attacked at the window so he would have seen where Casey ran and chased after her. She kicks Ghost face in the groin which has been shown to happen to the killer in the garage which had to be Billy, this could be a connection and/or gag.

Stu; The killer in the garage didn't limp like Casey's killer after being hit in the groin. It's possible Billy's attack was heard and Stu went to check and Billy pointed him where to go. The way he jumps through the glass is similar to him breaking the glass with a chair which we have proven to be Stu. Kevin Williamson stated that Stu was responsible for killing Casey. It makes more since for Stu to be her killer as he lets Casey take off his mask, she would have felt more betrayed at her ex than a friend/stranger and Ghost face is a physiological villain so it works out. In the final act Stu has a sweater similar to Casey's which is a nod to him being the killer.

Result; Stu. More proof and reason point to Stu being the killer as it wouldn't make sense for Billy to kill her. Casey being hanged is also likely Stu since he could lift Kenny.

Neil's Kidnapping[]

At the end of the film it is revealed Sidney's Father was kidnapped.

Stu; He knows where to go to grab Neil. Considering he is the stronger of the two he would be able to overpower Neil who is overweight. Billy was up stairs talking with Sidney trying to convince her to have sex (more like rape as she doesn't want to do it).

Result; It can only be Stu.

Sidney's Home Invader[]

Caller[]

Sidney calls Tatum to pick her up. She wakes and gets a call from Ghost face who she thinks is Randy.

Either; Billy was explained in the Casey section. Stu could have called to taunt her as shown when he taunts her in the final act but both of them do this.

Billy; Calls are done by the mastermind and we explained why in Casey's case. Billy enters the window after Sidney was nearly attacked and drops a phone. This leads him to being arrested. The attack happened right after the call which is similar to Casey's caller killing Steven after calling her the third time.

Stu; Stu could have called to taunt her as shown when he taunts her in the final act.

Results; Billy. The call is way too similar to Steven and Casey's death plus there is more proof Stu is the attacker and they wouldn't be the same.

Attacker[]

The killer chases Sidney into her bedroom then leaves and she gets surprised by Billy.

Stu; Stu can be heard saying "Easy, easy!" as he chases her upstairs. It would be impossible for Billy to enter her house through the window when the attacker was at the door just a moment ago. Stu stated "I always had a thing for ya, Sid! Bitch!'' which may be why he rubbed the knife against her boobs before trying to attack her. Just like the quote he was sexual then went straight to violence, altho this just might have been a way to scare her as she knows Ghost face raped her mother and she could have thought the same might happen to her. He hutches similar to show it's the same person who killed Casey via body language. Billy looks at the hallway as if he's making sure his partner had ran away.

Billy; The headbutt is similar to the one that jumpscared Casey, then again it's a headbutt so may not be usable. They way Ghost face gets kinda sexual with her and the knife may be Billy as he said later in the film "Understand what? That my girlfriend would rather accuse me of being a psychopathic killer then touch me?''

Result; Stu. More proof plus it would be impossible for it to be Billy.

Tatum's Caller[]

Tatum gets a call and gives it to Sidney who tells her she got the wrong guy.

Neither; Voice changers are commercially available. In Scream 2 Cory Gills pretends to be Ghost face when calling Sidney except there is no caller ID in Tatum's house. The fact that they call Tatum's house means they know where Sidney is and they know the number, how Stu knew Sidney was at Tatum's House is unknown.

Stu; Billy is in Jail and he couldn't have called Sidney as they would have tracked it. Billy would have to leave the voice changer behind so Stu would have it. Stu would have Tatum's number as he is her boyfriend and it's possible she told him where Sidney was staying.

Result; Stu. While it could be a prankster this feels more planned out which goes along with the physiological horror Billy and Stu want to do to Sidney.

Hallway Scare[]

A person runs past Sidney, Tatum, and Stu yelling as everyone laughs.

Neither; Stu saw the Hallway Ghost face run by so he is out. The person was as tall as Sidney and Billy is taller than her. Not to mention how the costume looks like it doesn't fit meaning they didn't try it on before hand so they decided to do it unplanned (everyone would have heard how Sidney describe what the attacker looks like from her house), the costume has no hood or glittery cloak. They are also yelling and sound nowhere near close to Billy. Billy nor Stu would do this as it would be suspicious due to Stu knowing how to Gut someone and Billy was stated to be "Too Good" by Tatum showing she always thought something was up. Also Billy showing up to Sidney's house on the night of the murder was suspect and Sidney two days later notices how Cotton Weary's hair looked similar to Billy's as she watches him on the news which means she started suspecting him from there on out. Also Billy is in jail at this point (until later he was revealed to be out).

Result; Prankster #1. It's made clear this is just a person being an asshole and as a way to make Sidney uncomfortable. Stu and Billy did plan for this as they left a mask behind and knew people would joke about it.

Bathroom Attack[]

Ghost face attacks Sidney in the bathroom but she escapes and runs into Billy.

Stu; In a deleted scene he was supposed to say "I gotta go pee." This means he would have gone to the bathroom. The costume is drastically different from the person who was pranking people in the hallway. Billy shows up after the scare which shows they are two different people.

Neither; Sidney runs into Billy afterwards so it couldn't have been him and Stu's line was deleted. In Himbry's office two boys are in trouble, one would have been the Hallway Prankster but they show this before the Bathroom scene, it could be a third prankster or another Ghost face. The attacker didn't have a weapon meaning they planned on just scaring Sidney. They would have known Sidney would run to the bathroom after having their friend scared her in the hallway causing her to have a panic attack.

Results; Prankster #3 but could be Stu. Stu would be too smart to risk the chance of being caught when he was already suspected by the principle and Sidney (telling her how to gut someone after someone was gutted raises questions) and we see two dudes being in trouble for dressing as Ghost face in Himbry's office meaning their could be a third. One would need to be the hallway prankster. It's a possible third Ghost face.

Notes; A voice calls out to Sidney which sounds similar to the voice changer (as shown when Mickey reveals himself you can hide the voice changer in the mask). This is evidence for either side, also the voice work was done by Roger L. Jackson who does the voice for the Ghost face voice changer.

Theory; There is a theory that Christina Carpenter was a third Ghost face (Prankster #3) but she would have been showing signs of pregnancy at this point so she wouldn't be as active. Her stalking in the store and scaring Sidney in the bathroom would be do-able and she clearly likes horror movies (and was close with Billy as she had sex with him). Her costume is similar to Billy and Stu's and she was in the girls bathroom likely throwing up from pregnancy.

Himbry's Attack[]

Himbry tells the two pranksters to leave. He gets a knock at the door and checks it to find nothing, he then is attacked and killed by Ghost face.

Either; The way he is stabbed is similar to the final act as both use one hand to stab another. He questioned both of them and they were asked if they liked hunting so they both had a motive to get rid of him as he was suspicious of them.

Billy; As shown during the shrine scene there is a drawing with Billy and Principle Himbry bleeding out, this could be a hint to the killer. As shown during the open scene where Stu guts Steven it's likely he was the one knocking at the door and they can't be the same killer. Ghost face likely entered through a window which would less likely be Stu as he was leaving to start his party. Billy is implied to have hung him on the goal post (look at the rope next to the drawing) after school, this would have to be Billy as him staying after school makes since (explained in Steven's Kidnapping) in order to hang him when everyone is gone.

Results; Billy as the killer and Stu as the distraction, Billy also hangs his body. It could also all be Billy and Stu isn't involved. The two pranksters left so it wasn't them. It could be Billy for both as Stu was likely still outside discussing his party, we never know how much time passes but it couldn't be more than an hour.

Stalker[]

After school Sidney and Tatum discuss Maureen and the "rumors" about her cheating with multiple men. The camera zooms in to show Ghost face stalking them.

Billy; Stu would be at his house setting up for the party.

Neither; This is likely the same one who followed them to the store. Billy would be dealing with Himbry's corpse as he'd likely gut him first then hang his corpse up, this would take time as not to leave evidence.

Roman; It's possible Roman was spying on them to see how progress with Sidney's murder was going. While he only wanted Maureen dead he was jealous of Sidney and wanted to kill her in Scream 3.

Results; Prankster #3 or Billy. Ill keep calling them Prankster #3 as I'm not sure if it's Christina (or if she is a ghostface).

Notes; Wes Craven writes his movies in advance so he planned the second and third film already so this planning wouldn't be out of the ordinary. However Stu was meant to be the mastermind of Scream 3 so Roman would have been a scout in this situation (This is more proof for Roman).

Store Appearance[]

In the store Ghost face is shown in a reflection.

Neither; By the time Sidney arrives at Stu's part there are people there already, Stu would have to be there. Billy would be hanging Himbry's corpse so he wouldn't be at the store. This is likely the same killer who was stalking them.

Billy; It's possible the Ghost face who attacked and killed Tatum is the same one stalking her. Billy would still have his costume on from when he killed Himbry.

Roman; Same reasoning in Stalker.

Result; Likely Prankster #3 but could be Billy.

Garage Attack[]

Tatum encounters Ghost face who ends up killing her.

Billy; Stu would have to be at the party so he couldn't leave. He was hit in the crotch but wasn't affected when running towards her, Casey's attacker was limping and we've confirmed this is Stu so they'd be different. Stu sending Tatum to the Garage means he planned for his partner to ambush her here.

Neither; It could be the same Ghost face who was in the bathroom and in the store and we have shown that the bathroom Ghost face can't be Billy.

Result; Billy. He gives Stu a look when he arrives at the party signaling he killed Tatum. It can't be Christina (if she was a Ghost face) as she risk her unborn child's life. It could be a fourth but why would they only show up now? It wouldn't be a prankster cause the costume is too close in looks unlike the Hallway Prankster.

The Final Act[]

In the final act everyone left to see Himbry's corpse. Billy is attacked by Ghost face who chases down Sidney, the killer almost gets Randy but decided not to. This leads Ghost face to attack Kenny, cause Gale to crash her van, and tried to kill Sidney before she could call the cops. She escapes but when she looks back at Stu's house she sees the killer has attacked and "killed" Dewey.

Billy's "Death"[]

Stu; Everyone left to see Himbry's corpse so it wouldn't be the possible third killer. Stu is absent for most of the third act till his reveal. This kill was planned to further make Billy look like a victim and make Sidney feel worse about doubting him and to make her think she just watched her boyfriend die in front of her.

Result; Stu.

Randy's Near Murder[]

Stu; It's likely he planned on killing Randy but the main goal was to get Sidney. Stu uses both hands which is proven to only be done by him.

Billy; Billy could have dressed up and planned on killing Randy but decided against it.

Result; Stu.

Kenny's Killer[]

Stu; It would be the same killer as above as he was chasing Sidney down. It would also have to be Stu as he kidnapped Neil who was over weight proving he has superior lifting strength. Altho it could have possibly been both with Billy helping Stu but their goal is to appear as one and it's top risky. Randy states Stu is the killer possibly cause he saw Stu change out of costume around this time.

Result; Stu.

Dewey's Attacker/Car Scare[]

Billy; Stu would be busy chasing down Sidney so it would have to be someone else who attacked Dewey. Billy wasn't stabbed so he wouldn't be weakened and would be able to fight a cop, he is also a Jock which means he would compete in terms of strength. It can't be a third party as it would mess up their plan for Roman to be there and Christina would risk her unborn baby's life.

Stu; Only for the car attack as her being strangled is similar to Casey's murderer and Sidny's first attack.

Result; Both, Billy attacked Dewey and Stu fought Sidney in the car. He was arrested by Dewey which gives him the perfect motive to be the attacker.

Billy's Attacker[]

Sidney; She takes off the mask after the fact. Her voice is mixed with the voice changer's voice.

Result; Sidney.

Scream 2 (1997)[]

Bathroom Scene[]

Two Ghost faces are shown using the urinals as Phil goes to the Stall.

Nancy & Mickey; It's possible Nancy went as a scout to make sure Phil couldn't run away. Mickey could have been waiting at the urinal waiting to make sure Phil enters then go into the stall to kill him.

Neither; Given the circumstance it was likely just two dude's who had to pee during Stab.

Either; They have no voice lines so it could be any of the above. If it was Nancy she'd be smart enough to not talk unless she had a voice changer and there is only one. The voice changer is with Phil's killer.

Result; Any. It's possible for Mickey and Nancy to be on look out but it could also be fans of the Stab films.

Phil and Maureen's Death[]

Phil is killed in the bathroom and his clothes are stolen.

Nancy; We hear a woman's voice.

Mickey; Nancy is the Mastermind meaning Mickey should have the higher number of kills. Nancy planned on blaming Mickey for all the murders so she would send him. Mickey is stated to be a serial killer before the movie meaning he'd have some strength behind him. Mickey did most of the murders so he could be famous from a court case as he stated "People love a good trial. It's like theater. They're dyin' for it. And I've worked hard to give the audience what they want. See that's what Billy was good at. He knew... It's all about... execution." They were both killed by the same person.

Result; Mickey. Nancy commits the fewest murders. It's possible Mickey was playing a voice recording of a victim or Nancy was making the noise.

Sidney's Prank Call[]

Sidney gets a prank call from someone pretending to be Ghost face.

Neither; The caller ID says Cory Gills.

Either; It could be either one using a voice changer. How Cory Gills has Sidney's new phone number is unknown unless he asked for it but he would want to be anonymous.

Mickey; It's likely Mickey killed Cory Gills as he is a serial killer (3 to 4 victims before the movie starts). Similar to Billy he used someone else's phone records, this makes sense as Mickey even says "No. Billy was a sick fuck who tried to get away with it. Mickey is a sick fuck who wants to get caught, yeah! Yeah see I got my whole defense planned out. I'm gonna blame the movies. Pretty cool huh?" and in the quote above "See that's what Billy was good at. He knew... It's all about... execution." This shows he was very knowledgeable about the events of Scream (1996).

Result; Possibly Prankster likely Mickey.

Cici's Attack[]

Cici gets a call from someone who she thinks is Ted. She ends up getting killed.

Caller[]

Nancy; All calls are usually done by the Mastermind which is revealed to be Nancy at the end of the film. The killer and caller can't be the same person.

Mickey; There was no caller ID but it's possible Mickey killed Ted and used his phone as he would have learned from when he used Cory Gills.

Result; Either, likely Nancy.

Killer[]

Mickey; Nancy would likely be the Caller which means Mickey would be the killer. Nancy only wants to kill people involved in her sons death which Cici is not. Breaking a glass door and effortlessly throwing someone off a roof seems more like Mickey's style as it's brutal like Maureen's Death in the theater. As a serial killer most brutal deaths would go to him.

Nancy; If Mickey was the caller than she would be the killer.

Result; Mickey. Nancy is shown outside out of costume which makes me think that she did the calls and arrived to see Gale.

Sidney and Derek's Scare[]

Sidney gets a chilling phone call then is attacked by Ghost face. Then she gets scared at the greek house.

Phone Call[]

Nancy; The phrase "Hello Sidney, remember me?" implies there is a history. This would refer to Sidney knowing Nancy with Sidney immediately recognizing Nancy despite all of her changes, this shows that Sidney knew Nancy well enough she could recognise her from her face and body language. Nancy immediately left after Cici's death likely to call Sidney.

Result; Nancy. There is no evidence that Mickey would be the caller.

Attacker[]

Mickey; Ghost face appears right behind Sidney meaning he couldn't have been the caller. Mickey is stronger than Derek as shown when Derek is tied up in the final act so it's possible he also injured Derek. It's possible he only cut Derek's arm because as he said in the final act he tries to convince Sidney that Derek is one of the killers. This would be to torment her and to play mind games with her. Mickey even asked Sidney "Why did you go back in that house?" after the fact.

Nancy; Derek isn't brutally injured which means it could be Nancy as Mickey is brutal.

Result; Possibly Both but likely Mickey for both. As explained in the phone call Sidney would probably know it was Nancy.

Theater Scare[]

Mickey; As explained before Nancy is too much of a risk. Mickey would more likely be able to go into the theater without it being suspicious. This goes with the mind games talked about above.

Neither; We don't see the killer for long so it's possible it was a Hallucination, we can't rule out the possibility of a prankster as we have seen in Scream (1996). If it were a Prankster would it be a new one? Cory Gills? Prankster #3 aka Christina? Let me know your thoughts.

Result; I think Mickey but possibly a Hallucination or Prankster.

Randy's Caller and Death[]

The caller and killer are the same as they were in the van and planned on sneak killing Gale but instead changed with Randy.

Nancy; She admitted to killing Randy. Gale was one of the reasons Billy died and so was Randy hence the motive. Gale didn't know Nancy as well as Sidney did so she wouldn't worry about risking her identity. Caller is usually the Mastermind.

Mickey; Randy's death was overtly brutal which goes along with Mickey's other kills. It's possible Nancy was taking credit. Randy was forward with being suspicious about Mickey which would give Mickey motive but it could be risky. Mickey is the one with the camcorder and we see Randy being recorded.

Result; Nancy. While the death is surprisingly brutal it fits. Mickey would stay in the cafeteria so if Dewey questioned anyone then they could say were Mickey was therefore making him no longer a suspect.

Computer Threat[]

A threat is sent to Sidney on a computer in a library.

Mickey; Computers usually need a password from students so it's likely Mickey. It would be less suspicious if someone saw Mickey using the computer. If we believe Cory Gills is a student and dead then Mickey could have used Cory's password as not to be tracked down as we explained earlier. This is a mind game which feels similar to Mickey making Sidney think Derek's the murderer.

Neither; It could very well be a prank from a student as we see with Cory pranking Sidney and the students running in Ghost face costumes in the previous film it's not that surprising to think a student would scare Sidney.

Result; Likely Mickey, could be Prankster.

Dewey and Gale's Attack[]

Dewey and Gale go into the projector room where Ghost face changes the video footage. Dewey runs after him but loses him, Ghost face 2 appears and attacks Gale. After Gale runs away we see Ghost face in a room close to Gale, likely Ghost face 2. Ghost face then attacks Dewey but it is unknown which one.

Nancy; Nancy is likely Ghost face 2 for a few reason's. Dewey and Gale helped cause Billy's death which is Nancy's whole motivation. It also matches her killing Randy. The way Ghost face falls when attacking Gale is similar to Billy falling in the garage trying to kill Tatum, this shows they are related in a sense via body language.

Mickey; Mickey being Ghost face 1 makes sense as he disappears with Dewey not being able to find him, Mickey would know the school layout better.

Stu; There is a theory Stu is still alive, this makes sense as Stu was still written to be alive till Scream 3 needed a rewrite which happens 2-3 years later. Stu also appears in the background for future story telling.

Result; Nancy as the attacker. Possibly Mickey, could be Stu for the distraction.

The Final Act[]

Ghost face kills a cop then knocks down another cop. He steals the police car and crashes it. He later runs away and kills Hallie. He chases Sidney to the school.

Cop Scene[]

Mickey; This takes place during Gale and Dewey's attack meaning this is likely the projector Ghost face. Him taking on two cops on one occasion would make sense for a serial killer. After killing Hallie he chases Sidney and reveals himself as Mickey.

Stu; It's possible Stu killed the cops and Hallie but Mickey chased her down.

Result; Mickey, could be Stu but Mickey chased her down.

Theater Effect Scare[]

The light turns on when Sidney enters the room.

Neither; Mickey arrives after the fact and is out of breath so it couldn't be him. Nancy has Gale so she couldn't have released Derek or done any of the effects. Stu has been shown to be all about "setting the scene" so it makes sense, we see footsteps before the lights turn on and Nancy appears. Why would there only be one set of footsteps if Nancy had Gale at gin point? Also he is wearing boots unlike Nancy who wears dress shoes and Gale who wore heels.

Result; Could be Stu or Christina. It could also be Roman or a Ghost face cult member.

Scream 3 (2000)[]

We will be discussing who was Roman and who was Angelina.

Cotton and Christine's Killer + Caller[]

Cotton gets a call that he believed was Christine but it was later revealed to be Ghost face. He arrives home to encounter a worried Christine who was attacked by Ghost face. Christine and Cotton lose their life to Ghost face.

Roman; In the original script the Voice changer was always written to be Roman's thing. The Caller and attacker are the same, Roman is the Mastermind so most calls would be him. The voice changer was used to trick Christine. The theatrical version of the film makes it very obvious Roman killed them both due to the scene being re-shot to firmly establish one only killer.

Result; Roman. In the original it was Angelina as Roman was still on the phone with Cotton when he discovered Christine and got attacked by both Ghost faces.

Sara's Murder[]

Sarah gets a call as she enters the studio and is interrupted by another Ghost face.

Call[]

Roman; Calls are done by the mastermind. An unused shot was shown from the callers perspective where they watched Sara enter the building while talking with her. The caller asked Sara to read her lines over the phone which she does, this makes sense for Roman as he is the director. Also Sarah wouldn't answer unless she thought it was him, plus phones at this point have caller ID. Even if she didn't the other info supports Roman.

Angelina; The only evidence is Stu's line from the first film stating Ghost face couldn't be a woman due to a guy being stronger and the attacker is a different Ghost face.

Result; Roman.

Attacker and Killer[]

Angelina; While the first scene was re-shot to establish one killer no other shot was meaning there would be two Ghost faces in this moment. Roman was the caller meaning he would have a phone and he'd have to get rid of it. The attacking Ghost face only has a knife.

Roman; It could be Roman considering the amount of strength needed to bust open two doors and shatter the glass.

Result; Angelina, Roman is the caller.

Police Call[]

The police get a call from a woman who wanted to obtain Sidney's files, as part of their research for Stab 3.

Roman; As Roman said when he killed Cotton "You should have just told me where Sidney was." This implies he needs her information plus he could use his voice changer to sound like a woman. Angelina likely didn't call as her phone would have been tracked.

Angelina; She is a woman. She has an unhealthy obsession with Sidney as shown in the bathroom when she stole a Ghost face costume to keep as a souvenir and she talks about how she is really honored to play as Sidney in Stab 3. It's even said "I bet she fought and clawed for that Sidney part. I bet she stepped on any poor girl that got in her way." Given her obsession she probably used Sarah Darling's phone after killing her as she would have researched about Billy who used someone else's phone so he wouldn't be tracked.

Results; Either, likely Angelina. While both need Sidney's info for different reasons it is possible to be Roman but Angelina has more proof.

Phone Call to Sidney[]

Sidney states she got a call from Ghost face so she had to come out of hiding.

Neither; As proven in the last section neither Angelina or Roman has Sidney's information. Roman killed Cotton cause he believed he had the info and Angelina wanted Sidney's info from the cops cause she also didn't have it. It could be a possible cult member as thought out the series fans have speculated there is a Ghost face cult so it could be someone who lived near Sidney who knew.

Stu; As explained in Scream 2 Stu was written to be alive in the film. He wanted to torment Sidney in Scream (1996), it's possible he called her as he would be the only one who knew.

Result; I'm not sure but I think Stu makes the most sense. There is a theory that someone stole Dewey's phone to get Sidney's number and if that's so it was likely Angelina as she would be at the wrap up party.

Stone's Phone Call and Murder[]

His Caller[]

Roman; The voice changes from Dewey to Ghost face meaning it would be Roman. The killer attacks Stone in the middle of a call so it had to be two people.

Result; Roman. No proof for Angelina.

Attack and Killer[]

Angelina; As shown here Ghost face struggled to kill Stone which proves it was a different person from Roman. Angelina has a smaller frame when compared to Roman, in the script Roman is even described as "Tall and Stocky". While most Ghost faces only need their knife she uses a pan, during all of Roman's kill he uses a knife and doesn't result in using other weapons. Roman was under watch for being the director (and possibly the killer) with most not trusting him so he'd need to be out of costume at this point.

Stu; Given Stu's feat in Scream (1996) it could be him working behind the scenes.

Result; Likely Angelina.

House Explosion & Gale's Attack[]

Both; It would need two people to be responsible. Before they enter the house Angelina is shown walking in the room, she possibly is the one who filled the room with the gas as she wouldn't need to be in costume. Roman was already in the room so he couldn't do it, he did cut the power as he could be outside the house. Roman was waiting in the car to jump Gale. before being shot multiple times (during his reveal he had a bulletproof vest). While it was possible for Angelina to have a bulletproof vest she was with the group out of costume.

Neither; It would be impossible to send fax through a phone in 2000 it was possible Stu did this. It could also be Christine but likely not.

Result; Angelina turned on the gas. Roman did the attack on Gale and cut the power. Stu was likely the one who faxed the "new script" to Tom.

Stab 3 Attack[]

This was filmed with 2 killers in mind, in the script Detective Wallace said "Wait a second? Killers? There's two of them now?". Ghost face 1 tries to get in Sidney's room but the doors are pushed together. Ghost face 2 jumps through the window and pulls Sidney through it breaking a table in half. Ghost face 2 would be outside while Ghost face 1 jumps out the closet and stabs the door. The same Ghost face is thrown out the door by Sidney landing on the bed. Ghost face 2 taunts Sidney with her mothers death.

Roman; Roman would be Ghost face 2 as he dresses like Sidney's mother and uses the voice changer. Roman hates their mother because she abandond him so why would Angelina do this.

Angelina; Following the bathroom scene she puts on her costume and tries breaking in the room meaning she is Ghost face 1.

Result; Both.

Milton's Kidnapper[]

Roman; Roman leaves Milton's office but likely stay's behind to hear how much Dewey and Gale know. After they left Roman could have kidnapped Milton as he knew where Milton was after kidnapping him. And because killing Milton was apart of his plan.

Angelina; She stated she slept with Milton to get the part but this was likely a lie to make herself seem innocent.

Result; Roman.

Roman then fakes his death with the help of Angelina then kills or fakes Angelina's death. Everything after this could only be Roman.

Scream 4 (2011)[]

Marnie and Jenny's Attack[]

Caller[]

Jill; The killer is the mastermind. Most attacks were done by Charlie as Jill's whole plan was to blame him and Trevor while she was the victim.

Charlie; Could be Charlie due to his love for horror movies.

Result; Jill. No real proof for Charlie.

Attacker[]

Charlie; Charlie killed Marnie as shown that she is stabbed multiple times and he has the most brutal kills. After Jenny gets a call Marnie would have been attacked which can only be Charlie as stated above. He then chases down Jenny and kills her by having her back broken by a garage door and stabbed multiple times. As shown with Mickey and Stu they were both brutal and gore-ish with their kills. Charlie could have killed them for not noticing him as when he stabbed Kirby he said "Kirby? This is making a move..." & "You stupid bitch! It's too late!" He also implied to kill them when saying "Man, I got great footage of my Robbie kill. Better than Jenny and Marnie or Olivia even.."

Jill; Jenny and Marnie were killed by the same person. Jenny or Marnie could have been suspects for who Trevor cheated on Jill with which would give her the motive.

Result; Charlie.
