The (closest) tree is about 17 pixels tall and the rock is 148 pixels tall. This would mean there is a size difference of 8.70588235x between the rock and tree.

Evergreen trees range from 20-60 feet in height. I'll use 40 feet, as most of the trees in the same scene as the two people before firing the cannon are wayy shorter than said trees

Tarte reached likely half way at full speed. I am assuming half way because it visually looked like a long journey fighting through different areas of the country and through currents, and Lugh then covered a similar amount of distance after her.

It should be noted that carrying Lugh increased the burden on her and likely slowed her down, meaning the overall result is likely higher, and since 150KM was a lowball due to the final distance being over 300KM
