Vector Manipulation, as its name implies, is the ability to manipulate vectors. A vector in this context is defined as the magnitude and direction of an object. Users with Vector Manipulation can use their ability to maneuver matter or energy in specific ways. Sometimes, this ability may be used to "assign" a vector onto an object, giving it a sense of magnitude or direction when previously it lacked one, the other, or both attributes.
