Wayne Kirsch was a high-ranking police lieutenant. After the death of his eldest son, Wayne moved to NYC and started his own ghostface killing spree alongside his 2 other children, Ethan & Quinn Kirsch, in order to kill Sam Carpenter, who he blamed for the death of his son.
Wayne would take on the alias of Wayne Bailey in order to get close to Sam without her suspecting him.
